Yummy to my tummy and cheap to my wallet. I can do a drive by and pick up some food through the drive threw and be fine on my way fast , fast , fast.

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Service was decent, food was super fresh and well put together. Thanks McD’s New Pal for a pretty good fast food restaurant experience. :) 🍔🍟

I went by there this morning to grab me a large coffee with my spare change, which I have done periodically recently in life . I heard there coffee was pretty good, and I have to agree. The staff is always friendly and service has been prompt the times I have went. Grateful for a good cup of coffee however I'm sure that it won't be a consistent thing because I typically make my own coffee and breakfast every morning, not really big on eating out but have enjoyed the experience like I said the times that I have been there.

When the atmosphere is good, the energy is relaxed, and everything comes together, I enjoy the workers and I’m really grateful for the food they serve here. On rare occasions the stress will really be apparent, sometimes the mood is totally off, but I really enjoy this location and I enjoy the workers

The above says they are open 24 hours a day. This is untrue. The dining area closes at 8PM daily, and the drive through is open till 11:00 pm daily. I confirmed this with an employee at the drive up on 6/11/2022. No one working there knows of it ever being open 24 hours.

Went on a busy school fundraiser night and boy was it busy. I anticipated a little bit of a wait, which it did take about 10-15 minutes. I was still more than happy given the circumstances.

The manager called our ticket number and informed me that the slushie machine was out and she offered to swap them out with pretty much whatever I wanted. We opted for shakes.

Got the food home (a 10 minute drive) and was pleasantly surprised that all the food was right, the fries were still fresh enough to enjoy, as was the rest of the food.

This location doesn't always have the best rep in our small town, but they more than exceeded my expectations today. Thank you team and keep up the hard work

Food was fresh!! staff was awesome!! Gentleman at the pay window was awesome and food people were great too!! Also Shamrock shake is the best like usual!

Better than chick-fil-a

Neat and clean. Staff went out of their way to find a certain kids meal toy for our two year old because she asked for it. I appreciate their extra effort.

Gone here few times when I was working at New Palestine, these guys sound super happy with what they do and give you a nice vibe too. They are always full and I can see why, service matters !! Good job !

Fast, friendly, good food.

The best customer service I've ever received at a McDonald's!!! The man who rang us up helped me get drinks for my 3 kids to the table and was so patient while they ordered! There is also a super cool kid area that kept them entertained while I finished eating!

Went through tonight to get an iced coffee and Laura made me the sweetest yummiest iced coffee I’ve ever had there. Her and the staff were very positive and got the job done quick overall was a great experience.

As busy as they are they ALWAYS get our order right & the staff is always polite. It's thr only McDs. I KNOW will always get my order right.

The restuarant was clean. The staff was friendly. The staff was a little slow. They were more concerned with the drive through service.

Customers and staff members have a great relationship. The crew is working so hard due to the fact they need more team members. This McDonald's supports the New Palestine community. Im impressed!

Hot crispy fries, cheese that's melted on my sandwich, sweet tea thats not overly sugared, and smiling faces at each window. Very impressed with this location!!

We were 1st in the drive thru and we had no problems whatsoever!

Today my visitor at McDonald's in New Palestine that was awesome a lot of friendly people there especially for the Hispanic manager named Rosa she was so nice always smile and positivity attitude

Saturday morning 9 a.m. extremely busy extremely slow I guess the two goes hand and hand any other time the service is extremely good the people that work there a real courteous!
