One of the best experiences I've had in a parts store in a long time. The young man who waited on me went the extra mile and was one of the most polite young man I've dealt with in a years. It's hard to find that in young men anymore. Very respectful. Your company is only as good as the people who work for you. Thanks O'Reilly for the great customer service.

S. Main is awesome. This is my go to part store from now on. The staff is super knowledgeable and nice.

I went in to get my battery checked and they told me it needed to be replaced. So I went in expecting to spend at least $150.00. They asked me for my phone number. The lady at the desk said "Guess what? You're in luck." You have a warranty and we are going to switch your battery out. Yes Yes yes I got a new battery and another 3 year warranty. Thank God 🙏. You guys are awesome.

The only car parts store I trust, well that depends on who's working, but overall O'Reilly's is the best

As usual the auto parts store didn't have the part that I need it at the time however they did offer to order the parts pretty good location in a great area should do more to expand and have a better and more diverse staff on board to meet the measure of all the demographic of people who come there other than that great experience Quality Parts

He's Also Very Knowledgeable of His Job I Thank Him Very Much Because Every Time He Answers My Calls and I Also tell Him Im Your Customer with the Blue Chrysler Sebring and He Says Yes,, Yes, I Know Who you are, He's Not Only Doing a Great Job, But Hes Helping and Making His Customers very. Customer service staff are knowledgeable AND have a sense of urgency! My most recent visit was as an alternative to the long lines and slow service at auto zone (1 block away)on both of two visits.

Came in to buy an alternator. They had it in stock. Employees were friendly and helpful.

This is a great big store and they have a lot of inventory so to me it would be the place to go to get what u need as far as auto parts.
