Couldn't give a high enough review for the excellent customer service we received. Walked in at 10:30 AM because my daughters phone would not charge. We told Lark that we may have to come back because we had a birthday party to attend in 45 minutes. My daughter chose to replace her phone w a new one. Lark ended up getting everything done in 40 minutes, including picking out accessories and starting the data transfer! I couldn't be more impressed! This was the fastest and most positive experience I have ever had at a Verizon store! Well done, and thank you!

I had an exceptional experience at this particular location, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Shekinah. I have rarely encountered an associate who exhibited such a remarkable level of kindness and patience.

We encountered significant challenges while transitioning our services to Verizon, and Keeks demonstrated an exceptional commitment to assisting us in every conceivable manner. Notably, she went above and beyond by dedicating an additional two hours beyond the store's regular closing time to ensure that we were completely set up and comfortable with our new services.

I cannot emphasize enough the overwhelmingly positive nature of this experience, particularly due to the exceptional service rendered by Keeks. I sincerely hope that anyone who visits this store in the future has the privilege of being assisted by her.

I just wanted to say I had a very positive experience with Verizon today. I was told by a Verizon representative to go to a corporate store and would not be charged for any service starting up a new phone and transferring info from my old phone. Seth was the store representative working at this location today and he was amazing. He was kind, very helpful and such a positive attitude. Thank you Seth and I give you a 5 star rating. Verizon, you need more representatives like him. You will have customers coming back. 👍👍

Came to this store feeling completely defeated after 2+ weeks of trying to deal with an interesting problem over the phone with Verizon corporate. We had an appointment and were greeted quickly by Brian. Over the course of about an hour, he was able to not only completely solve our problem but was also able to save us some money in the process! This is exactly what customer service is all about! We will happily be returning to Brian for all future Verizon needs. Thanks again!

Switching over from a previous account to a new one. Adding 2 new lines, adding an existing line, and loading everything from an old phone to a new one.
All accomplished perfectly by Lark, who spent his time while working to present everything in an easy to talk to friendly manner.

He offered his number for any follow up questions, and I have since reached out to him on three separate occasions. His responses are always prompt, professional, and helpful. My husband needed help setting up new phone from old phone didnt have cloud back up on old phone wanted to transfer to new one couldn't figure out how to get, so went to Apple store in chagrin no help at all, actually very rude, went to other Verizon store, no help at all, stopped at this location OMG so helpful from the time we walked in the manager her name we didn't get started with a J was so helpful and friendly we really appreciated all her help thank you so much
