Bojangles

This bojangles has a great staff!! They are very patient and caring staff.
I got a Supreme and had coleslaw and green beans as sides. Everything was delicious 😋 The Buffalo sauce was an added bonus for dipping the boneless chicken.
The chicken isn't greasy and perfect amount of flour.

From the moment I walked in I hear this bigger female employee talk down to the smaller employees. This employee was very unprofessional, insubordinate, and in simple terms a bully. Multiple times I had seen the Manager Dominic who was on break have to correct this employee behavior. This bigger female decided she has nothing better to do but to initiate an argument between her and a smaller employee who was working the entire time I was there. The smaller employee speaks up to defend herself. Dominic tried to de-escalate the situation however the bigger female employee gets louder and is antagonizing the smaller employee. Dominic had to tell the bigger employee multiple times to go home. She would not listen it wasn’t until he finally had to raise his voice to speak over the bigger employee to get her to stop and leave. The only reason I gave this a 5 star review is because if it wasn’t for Dominic correcting the situation I would have left as a customer.

Great customer service from a sweet lady at the drive thru window. Food and coffee both tasted fresh and hot.

It was great people are wonderful day service was above and beyond

Their breakfast biscuits are my favorite, and you can get them all day long! And their sweet tea is just that...good and sweet! The kids love it too, and that's just great. For a quick taste of the South, go to Bojangle's. I cannot visit home without stopping in at Bojangle's for a ham biscuit and a sweet potato pie. It cannot be beat for a fast food place for food like this.

The staff here was super friendly and the store was very clean. In my week trip down south I may have stopped at a Bojangles more than a couple times and I can say this was the best one to date. Food was fresh and the biscuits were outstanding. I made it a point to share with the staff how awesome of an experience it was and wish others stores could duplicate it. I highly recommend this location and hope it was as awesome as the day I was there!

Please excuse my lingo but these people never fail to make me laugh! As a Door Dash driver, they know how to brighten up my day... I've been dashing since 5AM and it's now 7PM.... long day but these guys and gals know how to make my day. Hope y'all eventually give your employees better pay and benefits... I hope my voice speaks for y'all great peeps ❤❤❤

I had previously given it a 3 star due to the service I was provided 12/30/2020 around lunch time with the drive through service.

I went back today 12/31/2020 around 11:30am and the drive through arrive today was exceptional. I hope someone from the company reads this review because whoever worked the drive through today was amazing.

Fresh and delicious. Never any complaints either visit here. Always friendly service. Order has been correct each time.

Plenty of seating and parking. Parking large enough to accommodate a greyhound or trailways bus therefore, those groups traveling by a bus that size has plenty of parking space.

Wheelchairs push and electric are accessible to eating tables and booths. One using a wheelchair electric or push may access the bathroom and have plenty of room to maneuver.

The staff are always courteous and professional in all my visits. Their help is really appreciated when I have difficulty speaking, which seems to be more frequent these days. If any of the employees are reading this, your smiles help make my day. Thanks!

Had the new chocolate filled beignets. Pretty darn good! Employees were incredibly nice and friendly. The front of the restaurant is very clean. Employees cleaning and sanitizing were visible the whole time I was there.

Went for a light breakfast and the service was fast and friendly! Bojangle biscuits never disappoint! This location is hard to see if you're heading north on Knox due to all the trees blocking the sign.

My meal was delicious and good job on the sweet potato pie. Decent service and the restaurant was very clean. They had a good bit of customers come in and everything moved swiftly and every order I witnessed was correct. I highly recommend this location.

Food was hot and good. It was fresh and tasty. We had to wait awhile but it was worth the wait. Fries were the best part.

Clean restroom and clean restaurant, both are important to me.
It was rather warm out and the young lady gave me a medium cup after I paid for a small because "I was on my bike and she didn't want me getting thirsty". Such a nice young woman.

Food & service was very good! Cashier went out of her way to make sure the kitchen got my daughter's order correct as it was unusual. Restaurant was extremely clean!
