A pleasant experience with No deceptive or high pressure sales gimmick's, honest and fair, straight and to the point. Sam was not only patient with my many questions and concerns, he delivered my Tri Toon promptly in mint condition. He took time to ensure I was comfortable with all essential and non-essential operations of the vessel. A first time boat owner, he took the extra time I needed to become comfortable. I had a great experience working with the folks at Murray Lake Marina, particularly Sam Paxon. I purchased a new Tahoe pontoon from them and Sam was outstanding to work with. Sam was very responsive and clearly cares about their customers. I would have no reservations buying from them again and in fact they would be the first place I'd go for another pontoon.

What a great experience buying our first new boat. So helpful without the pushy sales. I really can't say enough about how amazing the experience was. Even though we live 3 hours away, I will go back for all my boating needs!

I have been a customer of Murray Lake Marina for over 25 years. Their service is excellent. Sam and Dave are friendly , always finding time in their busy day to sit and chat a little bit, and great to work with. The counter girls are great and I would trust Kenny to do any work that my boat requires.
I give them 5 stars because they have come through not just once but multiple times over the years. Several years ago when I lived in Cincinnati my wife somehow got the boat stuck on the boat lift and couldn't get it off. I called from Cincinnati and they were there within a 1/2 hour to help her out of her dilemma.
We just purchased a tahoe pontoon and Sam was not only fair with a pricing but very helpful with guiding us to make the right decisions.
I have recommended murray Lake Marina to many of my friends and all have been very satisfied with the service that they have received.

Very pleased with my experience here. My boat was shaking violently so i decided to try this place out. Heard good things from people and boy were they right. Their showroom is very nice, along with the sales staff and the mechanic that told me the bad news. but my boat runs great now and i will be coming back in the future.

In the beginning phases of my Pontoon purchase, but I'm pleased with Sam so far. If anything changes, I'll let you know. Seems upfront and transparent and I like that about a dealership.
