Its rare in this day and age to find a gun shop and owner like Chris and his team. I have bought six or seven guns from them and I LOVE the CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE, HONESTY and INTEGRITY I get every time with Arms and Ammo. I will not shop anywhere else. If you are in the market I would highly recommend you give them your business!

Great Experience, Quality, and Communication!

I bought my dream firearm through Arms & Ammo, and I could not be happier with the overall process, communication, and quality of the purchase. The entire staff that helped me throughout the process was kind, professional, and communicated quickly both through text and email. They upheld honesty and integrity with the details and quality of the firearm, as well as the purchasing process.

Mr. Darnell (the owner) and Derek also demonstrated exemplary customer service. Mr. Darnell was kind enough to grant me special conditions for my purchase due to my circumstances, which was greatly appreciated, and helped to build my confidence in this shop for this purchase.

From the time that I submitted payment, the gun was processed and shipped within 1 business day, and they provided all of the necessary shipping and tracking information.

As for the gun itself, Mr. Darnell and Derek were kind enough to send me pictures and videos, prior to purchasing, which helped greatly to check for any damage or mishandling upon receipt from the FFL. The quality of the gun was exactly as described in the listing and as seen through the images and videos. The gun was listed as "never fired", and upon inspection of the barrel and slide, I was able to confirm that this was accurate.

All in all, I highly recommend this shop! I will keep them at the top of my list for future firearm purchases.

Never been here before, but just got done with a firearm transfer and Chris, Collin and Derek were super friendly. It was awesome being able to connect with these guys about life in general, not just firearms. It made the experience fantastic. Also, they have the cheapest transfer firearm rate that I’ve seen in Franklin, so if you need something transferred, definitely go through them!

I've bought two firearms from Arms and Ammo. Collin, Cade, and Chris are all super helpful and great to talk shop with. TICS was down when I purchased a rifle from them and they called me as I was leaving to tell me to hurry back as my background finally got approved.

They also have the cheapest transfer rates in the county and blow just about every other shop's transfer rates out of the water.

I had already looked up online what I was basically interested in, but after seeing the reviews, I thought I would give the local Arms & Ammo store a try before I went with a larger retailer. It worked out very well. Chris helped me, and the other two gentlemen were also friendly and helpful. They were very willing to show me options and was able to find what I was looking for. They were also able to confirm some legal concerns I had as well. Thank you. :)

We had the privilege of working with Chris and his colleague at Arms and Ammo this past weekend. We are novice firearm owners and the patience and explanations along with recommended resources was simply outstanding. I had a fantastic experience at Arms and Ammo. I had a problem with my firearm after cleaning it and the Manager, Collin went over and above to solve it for me! Chris and Collin answered all of my questions and were kind and helpful! I will give them all the business that I can!

I recently purchased a used rifle from Arms and Ammo. I was working with Derek who provided answers to all of my many questions and sent detailed photos as requested. The rifle arrived well packed and was better then expected. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from them. The customer service is top notch and they were very quick to respond to email. I have been to the rest of the guns shops in Franklin, Nashville, Murfreesboro, etc., and I can tell you, these guys are the BEST! Honest, very knowledgeable on products and absolutely the best prices you'll find. Best part is they appreciate their customers and value the relationships. They take care of all my needs and are always able to answer questions and concerns. They stand behind their products and the service they provide. If they don't have what you want, they'll have it within a week. I have purchased several pieces from them. My wife purchased a piece from them that had a pretty strong trigger pull and their gunsmith dropped the pull from 8 lbs to less than 1 lb, I had an old shotgun that had been in the family for 40 years, that hadn't worked in 20, they got it working like new with original replacement parts. A friend of mine suggested I pay them a visit about a year ago and I am so appreciative that he made the recommendation. These guys are great and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
