Honestly sometimes I just order to see how good the presentation is. Pretty solid buns and not drop kicked like usual. Also McDonalds Sprite is a fat mood and unmatched, dont @me. 10/10 and they had chill calm staff

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the McDonald's here, and I must say, the outstanding service I received from an employee named Diego truly made my experience memorable.

From the moment I walked in, Diego's warm and welcoming demeanor caught my attention. He greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to explain the menu options in a friendly and patient manner. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he offered insightful recommendations based on my preferences.

Diego's attentiveness extended beyond just taking my order. He ensured that my food was prepared according to my specifications and checked back to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. His dedication to providing top-notch service was evident as he diligently kept the dining area clean and organized, promptly attending to any requests from other customers as well.

Food & beverages were hot & fresh. Service was excellent, except every time we get a breakfast sandwich or a burger, it looks like someone threw the ingredients from across the room trying to hit the bun. I've yet to receive any sandwich, which looks like the pictures, neatly stacked or not smashed. We'll continue to use McDonald's for good quick take away service and dream of the day everything is neatly put together. TY for the great service and consistently good tasting food & drinks.

Friendly staff in drive thru, seemed to be short on certain bills for change-got all ones back. Tried the new pull apart donuts and they were warm soft tasty

Food was hot and brought out promptly.

The staff this evening was outstanding. Cars were lined up around the building, my order was long, and I don't speak very loudly. Everyone was courteous, everything was accurate, and the food was all hot and fresh. Great experience.

If your going to McDonald's in Jenison, this is the best one to go to.

We had to wait a bit for our most recent order (no more than 5 minutes) and usually they are very quick. This wasn't a problem for us and they compensated without being asked. Very friendly. All our food was fresh and delicious.

Said Thank you to the person in the drive through and wasn't even acknowledged. I know you're busy, but a smile and youre welcome can mean alot to fulfill service for someone.

The place was crazy busy but quick and food was pretty good.

The lady in the drive through said they didn't do cups of whip cream when we asked for one for our dog (even though we were willing to pay). When we pulled up to get our order, the manager asked if we still wanted one and gave it to us for free. They also put all of our drinks in a carrier without having to be asked to do so. Another recent trip we got breakfast, and all of the condiments, silverware, and napkins had their own bag. It's the little things like these that we really appreciate!

My wife & I are new to this area. We have been impressed with everyone’s friendliness. This was especially the case during a Father’s Day visit to the Jenison McDonald’s. Thomas, our cashier, greeted us with the nicest smile! We explained to Him that this was our 52 wedding anniversary and that McDonald’s was the first place that we ate as newly weds 52 years ago and we were repeating the experience on our 52nd anniversary. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries and senior drinks. As I was reaching for my billfold to pay, he stopped me and said the meal was on him! We will be telling everyone about this very kind gesture. Management should personally commend his kind and thoughtful treatment of customers. Well done!

Fast service! Don't let the long line of vehicles at the drive thru make you turn away. The line goes by very quick. Good teamwork by the workers. They all have a mission to get you in and out in no time :)

Get's almost uncomfortably busy between 5pm and 8pm on weeknights. The parking lot gets messy, and I've had my car hit and damaged by another patron trying to get out of his parking space. Maybe they could work out a deal to expand their parking lot and relieve some of the congestion...

But it's nicely remodeled, extremely clean, and the staff provides great service.

Great drive thru experience !
There was an Ottawa county police officer behind me in line and I wanted to pay it forward for all that our police force does to protect us . I told the cashier I was paying for the officer meal also ... She hesitated a bit then informed me our police officers, while on duty , are never charged for their food or drinks .
KUDOS and many THANKS to the Baldwin St , Jenison McDonald's for this wonderful service to our law enforcement people.
This will certainly keep me as a returning customer.

It was nice to see such responsive customer service. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

Be far the friendliest staff and they get the orders right 99% of the time. I'll skip past all the other McD's to go here specifically.
