BIGGBY COFFEE

My husband and I have stopped by this store’s drive thru a few times and have been very pleased with our experience. Our drinks are always well made and the wait is very reasonable. Baristas are friendly and offer high quality treats to pups in the car. Another thing to note - this location is still offering $1.99 iced coffee/tea. Our new favorite Biggby location in the West Michigan area!

I came through the Drive Thru at the Hudsonville Biggby after being disappointed by the 30 car line at Starbucks. Not only was my experience extremely quick with the other customers in front of me, but they exceeded my expectation. The lady at the window (I cannot remember her name!) was one of the most genuine people I’ve met! We talked for a couple minutes about my order and they quickly had me on my way. Highly recommend this Biggby!

I’ve been coming to this Biggby location for almost year now and I have never been disappointed by quality or service.

The baristas are always incredibly helpful and kind and always go the extra mile for customers. I have never left this store without a smile on my face.

From the looks of it, this is a pretty busy location and I am always in and out in under 15 minutes; even in the drive through. If it ever takes longer than that it’s usually because a car ahead has ordered an absurd amount of food.

On one or two occasions i’ve had the misfortune of witnessing some pretty heinous customers verbally attack the baristas for simple mistakes or circumstances outside of their control~ which is why I decided to write this review.

This store looks like it is ran mostly by high school and college aged kids, 16-21, so I find it hard to understand how grown adults justify crucifying what are essentially kids over a cup of coffee or a toasted bagel.

I didn’t grow up in West Michigan, but the entitlement i’ve seen in this area is astonishing.

Grow up. Move on. Drink your coffee.

The caramel marvel frozen coffee is my go to! Free shot Fridays will give you a little pep in your step! I can always use a bit of espresso to start my day!!

As of posting on July 7th, this location has been part of my out of work routine for 3 months now. I have never been disappointed with the coffee, the service, or the food. The staff are quick and the coffee is consistent.

The store is very clean and new, plenty of tables inside to sit at, outlets for your computer. Staff is polite, helpful and excellent at their job. The drive through is also served quickly. I've only ever had good experiences at this BIGGBY!

One of the best Biggby locations I've been to. Staff is a lot of fun, though seem to lose track of the drive-thru occasionally. I enjoy every staff member I've interacted with and I do prefer to go inside rather than do the drive thru.

Absolutely love Biggby! I had a job here part time while in college. I applied to Biggby because their customer service was always wonderful and inviting. The atmosphere is positive and friendly from both employees and customers. Of course, their drinks are yummy too! My favorite is the Bear Cub, whether it's hot or frozen.

Ahhh, it's warm cider time and they have a sugar free caramel flavoring to add to this seasonal delight. We sat outside and enjoyed the last of the good weather.

We went in to order our coffee drinks - the drinks were made quickly and of course the taste was worth the drive!

This place and any Biggby has amazing coffee and other products. I'm not a coffee guy but this place I can always go and get something. Me personally I think Biggby is better than Starbucks.

This Biggby is great!!! Especially compared to the Jenison one. I drive the extra but to go to this one. Quick and the coffee always tastes fresh!

I ordered an Americano for a friend of mine and he attested that it was the best he's had! I got a ginger turmeric tea latte and it was wonderful!

Apple cider drinks are back!!!! Yummy

I have lived in various parts of west Michigan and nothing compares to this branch. Everyone there is so lax and friendly, yet professional; also the service is crazy fast considering how busy they always are. ❤

Alexis gave me a drink recommendation, and now it’s my new favorite!! Will definitely come back soon!!
