11-9-23. A little delay at the drive-thru but the food was perfect
Love this place. Food is always a fresh, hot and fantastic spot for a burger 🍔 and 🍟. 3.31.23 stopped in for a 🥓 chicken 🍗 ranch sandwich and a iced Carmel Mocha. Everything was fantastic.

Monday September 18th @4:14pm. Ordered 2 Mc Crispy chicken with cheese and bacon 🥓. It's usually my favorite thing from this location. Today I stopped for the $0. ⁵⁰ double cheeseburger. I should have taken a pic of that mess as well. Both my chicken sandwichs appeared to have been dipped at least 2wice in the frier if not 3 times. They were so burnt that jerky would have seemed easier to chew. I threw both away. Ate the cold sloppy double. Fries 🍟 were still hot and delicious 😋.

Always busy, but my orders are always right and the line goes so much faster than you would expect

I'm a truck driver so I've eaten at a lot of mods.
I want to say thank you to the folks working Here for amazing service so often I'm disappointed with the food and service I get this location was amazing in all aspects!!

I can honestly say that I have never had a negative experience when visiting this particular location. I prefer to do a mobile order and just sit in the comfort of my own parked vehicle until my order is delivered to me, freshly made and from a friendly McDonald's employee.

My food is always hot and fresh especially the fries. I always order on the mobile app and very seldom do I have to wait on my order. My iced, sugar free, French vanilla coffee with an extra shot of espresso is spot on every time. Breakfast rocks at this McDonald’s and they’re FAST!

These people were nice, very nice. Didn't make fun of me for missing the window, accommodated my special requests, were apologetic and helpful about missing my drink, just honestly their tones were excellent, I appreciated their service immensely.

Newer McDonald's restaurant with the typical fare and service you'd expect. Conveniently located just off the interstate, it's easy to access the parking lot and nearby amenities. There were a few families just like us picking up their orders and enjoying a bit of fresh air before continuing our travels.

I had a curbside mobile order at about 10:30pm, so my wait was a bit long but what I appreciated a lot was the manager came outside personally and explained the lower staff and apologized for the wait because of how large my order was and how busy it was through the drive thru which I completely understood. I'm extremely grateful for the communication and the accommodation that was made because of my wait. Too many people take communication for granted but the manager was very nice and apologetic about it

Delicious 🍲 Foods. Best 🍟 Fries. Fast and Friendly Service. For those that are DEAF and or 👂 HEARING IMPAIRED can tell the person on the speaker that you will be pulling forward to speak to person to person for your desired order, (by reading lips, sign language, note and or speaking louder to you). McDonald's are always ready to make EVERYONE SERVED taken care of , fast, efficiently and pleased by their experience and GREAT FOODS.

Most of the time it is Great Service 9 out of 10 time!!
But sometimes the. Flies are cold the meat is messed up on a snot made edible half the time to get my order wrong I am allergic to onions and tomatoes and what time do they forget to leave the onions off and I am highly allergic to onions so it's like I got to open them up at the counter and look make sure there is no onions on but anyway that's how I feel I'm more of a Burger King man thank you !!

Great location. Ordered on the app with multiple special customized items and everything arrived perfectly! The staff who brought our food to curbside pickup were very friendly!! We'll definitely visit here again.

I have had no problems. I am there at least 2 times a week for breakfast and my hashbrowns are always hot and crispy. Not soggy like some places. I dont know why but they are cheaper than some of the other McDonald's.

The young teenager working tonight was very helpful with my daughter. I like my daughter to learn on her own to learn skills. The young cashier was very patient and helpful and made a money management lesson a fun experience for her. I could tell she went out of her way to do an act of kindness tonight. We definitely have a great Community. I agree with the rest of the reviews about this McDonalds. They were always more on the slow side and always had to pull up to the parking spot to wait for her food and messed up a few times on our orders. But it seems like in the last month this McDonald's has been reading all the reviews and I have noticed that all the bad reviews people posted are improving. Maybe they're retraining their current employees and I've also seen a few new ones.

I just wanted to thank the McDonald's in Durand as I lost confidence in McDs from an experience in Lansing (I won't bore you with the details). This is the second time I have stopped at McDonald's in Durand and both times my fries were warm and crispy and my sandwich seemed to have been made fresh.

Mcdonald in Durand mi has the best manager..Cody..
He keeps the food fresh and fast take out.
They fired Cody and we miss him , but his brother is there now and he is so polite.

This location is always on top of their stuff! Love to see it!

Newer location just off the interstate. Easy access. Plenty of parking. Overflow lot also available.

With most McDonald's, you know what you're going to get. With this one however, they go above and beyond to make sure that not only is your order right, but they even brought it out to me to my table. I'm very impressed with the weekend crew on the Saturday morning.
