I don't know about the evening shift but Daisray and Diamond on morning shift are some of the most amazing people. They made me feel so welcome. They helped me not only get the items that I needed but I had had an issue where I was missing an item and not only did they give me it without complaint but they genuinely cared about my situation and made my day so much better, heck my week is so much better I've been having a hard time and they they were there for me in a situation that they didn't have to be so I will be forever appreciative of them you've got really great people on your team. If I could give 10 Stars I would I really hope someone sees this and gives them the recognition that they deserve.

Today my life changed so in this review you going to see some of those changes. One of. Those changes is letting or pointing out some of the great mgrs. Heres one for you. Trisha. Her mgmt skill alone is enough to bring any customer back. Theres alot of caring in her action. However do not let her size fool you she may be small but her heart is larger than any persons ive ever seen. This is a perfect team. From a clean resturant to great attitudes. To my followers ive screwed my life up. I have done alot of things that i regret. When im posting my reviews you think that some are mean cruel and some you may not. However i ask that you continue to support me, and know that i operate with the truest of of heart. Ive sit and and have listen to people and owners of compamies would be amazed at the negative side of thier employees. So to this i ask that you all keep it100 as ypu have.

Slow slow and slower!!
Had to wait 5 minutes to get them to take my money after I made my order at the kiosk.
Had to wait even longer to get my food than normal.
They weren't that busy but you would have thought they were oVerRan!!?!

The table display should be used instead of calling my name. I want the full experience. Next time I want a robot to deliver my food please and thank you. People are rude most of the time but your server was nice enough to explain that they had a table chart but the y took it away. Please don’t take any shortcuts. Thanks.

I had to make a last minute run to breakfast run for our office and the service was amazing! I ordered about 10 Sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin meals and i had my whole order in less than 10 min

Food was great, they were friendly and everything we ordered was correct

Dude… I swear I hate coming here during the day. But I’m often here at night since I work night shifts. Give ur night crew a raise. They literally always make my day. Super f*** kind. Always go out of their way to make me smile. A basic cheap cheeseburger is just a basic cheap cheeseburger but a friendly human and a kind face…. 🤌🏾

We went there for a snack with our grandchildren and for coffee. Had a very nice time. The place was clean and neat and the people were nice.

What homies. Can’t say enough about our local MacShack. ❤

Hadn't been here in awhile and gave them another shot. Asked for light onion and got a few extra.

I'm giving 5 stars based on the fact that I get Egg McMuffins there. They never disappoint!

As far as McDonald's goes this store is clean and efficient. I have eaten from here a few times a year for at least 5 years and I don't think I have ever received food that wast fresh. Staff has been consistently friendly which is huge in this industry.

Great cleanliness and super nice staff. Sometimes traveling a nice cup of coffee and a rest is more refreshing than a full course breakfast; and we were welcomed and treated well even just buying a few cups of coffee. Great staff, great place.

Fast and friendly service. Food was hot and fresh. The average expectation for a McDonald's drive through experience I suppose.

Exceptional service for dine in experiences. Very courteous and helpful servers. Well staffed, so order came to us fast.

We always get quick, good service at this location! Tuesday we ordered in the drive thru an had amazing service from Kendra! You need 20 more just like her! She was cute, friendly and went above and beyond!!

I’ve left a review here before, but I decided to edit it after an experience here. Tonight, my friend and I were waiting for our food when an older man was making uncomfortable comments to us. When a couple of ladies working that night noticed, they took care of the situation and got the man away from us. Couldn’t ask for a kinder staff! And the food was perfect as well.

Girl at the window handing out orders in the morning is FANTASTIC. She is super fast and always has a smile on her face, and has ALWAYS been friendly with me. I love getting breakfast at this McDonald's location.

Shout out to the 3rd shift crew tonight! Ladies baked me fresh box of cookies!! They are still warm!! Thank you!! Can’t get fresh cookies at 1am anywhere but home usually!lol

I'm a single dad and had a rough day. Had to work on my car after work. Didn't finish until 10pm. Told the kids let's go grab a burger. Decided to drive into Clarksville because the McDonald's in Sellersburg is a dumpster fire at best. The drive through was slow and they only had one drive through window open so I knew something was up. I got to the second window and I was greeted with a warm, apologetic, beautiful smile by i assumed the Night/ 3rd shift manager. Not to mention she's beautiful, nice, professional, and repeated everything back to me correctly. Let me say this, she was taking orders, filling drinks, bagging food, and processing payments while explaining how understaffed she was and kept apologizing. I said to my kids now thats an employee that I would hire on the spot. What an outstanding job by this sweet young lady with long red Hair. McDonald's I am demanding that this employee be promoted to training all new hires through the door. Also give the lady a raise because she made everyone look bad. I mean she's on her A game and I just wanted to let you know what an awesome team member you have. Thanks and have a wonderful day!
