I enjoyed the quality of the handcrafted lemonade, they have lemonade handcrafted, mango and strawberry, better than restaurants! I also came back for the Cobb salad, because I had it last week and it was better than any steak restaurant! The berry Frosty is also awesome!

It does the trick. Standard Wendy’s. They get my order correct 99% of the time. It’s the usual fast food wait time and level of friendliness that you’d find at any other fast food joint, but a smidge better.

The woman at the pickup window was rude and all because I asked for the rest of my order,a frosty that she forgot amd then remembered we did order. Other than that the food was great

Clean and friendly staff, love a good burger and fries and this place has got it.

The young man that took my order was very good at his job polite and helpful I asked his name but I forgot it I also told him .how nice he was before I left

No dining in. Food was definitely hot and delicious.
Taco salad is very good. In picture I added extra salsa and cheese but not really needed.

Good Food/ Friendly employees/ fast service/ no complaints from my family.

I come to this wendys multiple times a week and each employee we come in contact with is kind is always has a smile on their face. My food is always hot and I always get my order in a timely manner. Good job y’all!! Keep it up

This store was slamed. Drive thur and inside orders. There was a line. But the employes work hard until all custers were take care of. I Did'nt here complant 1. Thats guys great work.

I prefer this location over any in the surrounding areas. It doesn't matter if you go in the middle of the day or if you show up right before time to close. The staff is always friendly and food is always fresh!

I'm not sure of the gentleman's name but he works in drive thru and he is absolutely the best his customer service and knowledge was a great way to start my day. If only there were more of him working nowadays!! To whom ever the guy was that was working the days I come "Keep up your GREAT work!"

The Wendy's on Charlestown Road in New Albany Indiana is a great fast food restaurant to experience. The employees were courteous, professional and fast expediting food to customers. The food my fiancé and I ordered was to our specifications, at a warm enough temperature and served fast with a smile. The restaurant was clean and swept. They do an amazing job preparing the food and serving it to there customers fast and the way you ordered it. Commendable!

So far this was "The Best" experience at a Wendy's, bar none.

A door dasher here this placed today done great for what the Manger of only 4 days and the drive thru worker was dealt with 4 call ins of people not wanting to work so lobby had to be closed sounds like u should promote Billie Lowe the worker to management and give her a hell of a pay raise also give the guy Manger more money to

Was in the store for another pick up the other day and upon my waiting I noticed something that was not right why are managers asking crew workers how to do things did not seem right to me on that day in my eyes a 1 star day

I get the $5biggy bag and it comes with a drink a hamburger fry's and chicken nuggets all for $5 it's a nice size meal and it's very filling. I went threw drive threw so line was long but food was hot and fresh it's all my kids want to eat now

The Wendy's on Charlestown Rd in New Albany is one of the few fast food places left that offers decent service while striving to keep the quality of their food consistently high. Even when they make an error, they promptly correct it. Not once has anything I asked to be replaced or redone ever been vindictivly sub par, nor has their customer service faltered because they were upset with my request. They take pride in the food they make and the service they provide. The 2nd shift employees, especially the once there during the week days are a well oiled machine. They work well together, and it doesn't matter if its the one who runs the window or the grill cooks who wait ok you, they're polite and efficient. Also its one of the only fast food restaurants where I've witnessed a manager working alongside his team when they get busy. Most franchise managers are rarely seen on the floor without a request or a problem. They sit in their office and let the others sweat. Whomever that guy is (don't know his name) he has got to be one of the best managers around. I hope Wendy's know what they have in him and his team.

This place is just inviting. The people that wait are excellent, the diner is clean and the managers are awesome. I was pleasantly surprised when the lady in front of me ordered and the manager asked if she wanted a certain dressing. The lady said she doesn't like it as everyone's dressing is too sweet. The manager said try our's and gave her a sampling of it. I'm sure she not only liked the dressing but also the pleasing demeanor of the manager

The elderly gentleman that cleans the diner and sees if everyone is fine is very nice too. This is my diner whenever I am working nearby
