Starbucks

It’s coffee so not much to say. It does get a lot of traffic and noisy inside mainly in the mornings and evenings since it’s next to a middle school. Other than that great staff as of now and will resolve issues if you have any.

Yesterday, 10/4/23, I went to this location and went through the drive thru. The person about to take my order asked me how I was, and I asked her the same. Come to find out, no one all day had asked her how she was, which is sad, but then made her day that I asked. At the window, she said, "my favorite customer,' which made my day better since I just lost my mom a few days ago and just that statement made my heart happy. I told her that and that I was just surviving. Her name is Shannon, then the barista (not sure her name) that made my drink wrote on my cup, "Have a blessed day" on one side and on the other she wrote, "Thank you for making Mama Shannon's day better!" After I told her about my mom passing, we held hands and I cried. I am thankful for the kindness. Shannon was the epitome of it. Thank you Shannon!

After a long day and ridiculously long drive, I stopped at the starbucks. Barba (I hope I am spelling that correctly) was truly amazing. This person was kind, took my order, made my drink, and brought it to me. They were kind and gracious which made my coffee taste that much better. Thank you for the outstanding service keep up the good work.

First time at this location and very friendly staff and very fast service. I like how this location is celebrating the new refreshers but decorating all over. Makes it very fun to be here. Will definitely will be coming back

Just ran in to grab a gift card and they were fast and friendly!! I then decided to go through the drive thru and grab a coffee, made to perfection!

I went because I was in Liberty Hill and needed fast Internet. I got a Carmel macchiato and it was really good but very expensive.

This Starbucks always has the best service from the friendliest Baristas. It always crowded but it is always super fast to get your food and drinks.

I don't even drink coffee and I managed to be here three times during my visit. The drive through seems a bit slow, but I think that's folks ordering drinks for cars full of people, than the service itself. Inside is nice and exactly what you expect from a starbucks - folks chatting, reading, working, and taking conference calls in the corner.

Great place with awesome people! I started coming here everyday when I started my job in Liberty Hill about a year from writing this post.

I usually stop for a quick cup of coffee or sit in when I need to whine down before work.

It can be hard to get into at times when the drive through lines stretch out and block parking spaces, but can you blame them when the people who work here make you want to come back for coffee and pastries and some infectiously awesome vibes?

Overall, the location is convenient and the people here will serve with a smile.

Frequent customer here. Great service every time I've visited! I like the spacious layout and the patio is a nice touch. I honestly think some of the less-than-three-star reviewers are being a bit haughty. Kitty is awesome by the way!

The Starbucks Barista of the Year Award needs to go to Barra at this location. Superb customer service all around at each and every visit.

This location is great! They are friendly, efficient, and always make our drinks perfectly. They have been running out of a lot of items early in the day but I know that most of the time it’s out of their control. As a former partner, I really appreciate their enthusiasm and diligence!

Could not place my ex mother in laws order on the app correctly. Called they actually answered, she said send it in they will get it done. It was perfect and it is not always perfect from other locations. Store was clean people were nice. Customer service far surpassed the one at Crystal Falls. Espresso was super fresh and grandma was happy.

Starbucks has never disappointed me. What else can I say. I did after all these years of going to them find out that there are condiments you can ask for 😆

My favorite Starbucks by far. Everyone's very friendly. And they get my drink right every time. Sometimes they're short staffed but still efficient.

Very friendly staff! The drinks are some of the best we have had in the area.

I am a person who's very particular about her chai tea latte and hot chocolate and this location has exceeded my expectations twice now! Cheers to the team for being so efficient ♥
