This auto zone was amazing to us! They went over and beyond to figure out my same day delivery order. Super appreciate them!!!

This store was conveniently located. I went there to buy oil filters, I was also able to buy bolts for my rear license plates. This place is organized well and staff are willing to help.

If you want to do any diy repairs on your car/truck, this place is a one stop destination.

I own a painting company and do a lot of driving. My truck has been running rough, dying at stops and ha worse gas mileage than usual. I stopped by Auto Zone inLiberty Hill and picked out some fuel cleaner. Rodrigo checked me out and suggested I buy two containers of Sea Foam and put one in my gas. Within 10 minutes my truck was idling smooth and running great! Thanks Rodrigo!!!

I just wanted to show my appreciation for this location. Douglas and Marissa (I think that's her name) were amazing. My battery was so corroded that they couldn't get it off. They put so much effort into helping us and got us back on the road. Words cannot express the gratitude.

Last night my battery died while I was at a gas pump. After a jump, I drove to Auto Zone for assistance and Chris was awesome. He offered to install the new battery for me without hesitation despite the fact that the temperature outside was falling fast. Thank you for being awesome Chris!

I've been into this store 5 or 6 times and each and every time the staff has been fantastic. I dealt with someone to day when I had difficulty with a battery and I had to return it. He was professional and proficiant let alone personable! He help me to find the other product that I needed an answer my questions well. Again it's not just him it's every single staff member that I've run into over the last year. I highly recommend this store..

Super friendly customer service when I called to check stock on a battery. When I arrived, Joseph who took my initial phone call was the one who helped me in store and then came out to do the battery change. My battery was VERY corroded and Joseph needed a second pair of hands. Both he and his coworker (or manager? not sure) worked on my car for nearly an hour working to get my old battery disconnected. Not a single complaint was heard the entire time and they fixed up my car to get it running. Thanks guys, I appreciate you and I will be back for my auto needs! :)

I went in this morning to get several things, and Juan C. was super helpful and kind. I sustained an injury last night, that makes it difficult to do even the smallest amount of carrying things. Not only did he carry my stuff, but he also put my oil cap on for me, which I couldn't lift the hood to do. He was super sweet. Thank you so much!! 🖤🖤

I am a Mobile mechanic, and when my customers allow me to choose aftermarket parts, not only do I go to Autozone, I choose Autozone in Liberty Hill. Not only do I receive outstanding service, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I satisfy my customers. Nathaniel (manager) has trained his staff in excellence and with the knowledge they need to help customers.

I was tempted to write a one star review simply because I had a lazy employee experience last time I was here and it goes to show your employees matter and make a difference!! Shawn got these 5 stars he went out of his way to help me when another employee was to lazy to make an effort to assist me with my car!

A+++ review this guy was great, thank you so much. Battery was going and not starting my car. He load tested it showing it was bad and he installed a new battery in my car. NtB had a 3 hour wait when Auto zone had me back on the road in 15 min. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Not only is the service great,but i probably been in there a dozen times for different things for my chevy truck and doc is the best AutoZone employ i have ever seen. He knows what he is talking about. He's very helpful and hands down just a good person . i hope that they are paying you good lol need more employs like him.thank you very much for being so helpful and keep up the good work .I will never go to another auto parts store !! I have a mud truck im about to start rebuilding ,and i will be spending plenty of money with the company in the near future .
