Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Went in to tropical smoothie the other day and as soon as I walked in, Devin the general manager greeted me with smile and was more then helpful on my order since I have never been in a tropical smoothie before I had no idea what to order and he gave me some good ideas that made my smoothie amazing and my food even better!! Would definitely go back!! Thank you Devin for your help

Cool and refreshing smoothies. Friendly staff. Bright cheery atmosphere and colorful light decor. Indoor only seating. Conveniently located near outdoor shopping and Columbia indoor mall.

First time here. Tried the peanut paradise and so refreshing and satisfying. Big cup for the price and delicious. Gonna grab the chia banana boost before i leave. Staff was efficient and friendly. The atmosphere is great. Chill, inviting, relaxing. Very clean place too. Can't explain how much my mind is blown by the peanut paradise.

The first time I visited I was very impressed by the enthusiasm of the staff and the quality of the Bahama Mama Smoothie. I wanted a smoothie this afternoon before going to appointment this afternoon. At 3:10 pm, there was only one other order ahead of me. I finally asked the cashier if my order was going to be made because they were cleaning. She asked what I ordered so I repeated it. They got the smoothie made and the girl that brought it to me was slower than a sloth. No thank you or apology for forgetting my order or making me wait. My smoothie was very delicious.

07/07-18 I went back today with my daughters. The manager paid for all of our smoothies instead of just discounting the one. It was very kind and again, the smoothies were delicious!

Fresh smoothies made to order. Drinks and food are made fast and they get you in and out. They have a really good deal when you buy a sandwich/wrap/salad and smoothie together, it's so worth it. Never had a bad visit here, will definitely be coming back, the smoothies are awesome. My favorite smoothie is the Island Green.

Second time I've eaten here this week! This place is fantastic! The food and smoothies are great and the staff is very friendly. The first time I got a a Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap, it was much bigger than I had expected and so, so good! It definitely had a kick to it, but not so spicy it was hard to eat. The mango magic smoothie was absolutely amazing too! Today I tried the chicken bacon ranch flat bread, it was delicious. I also tried the kale apple slaw and was surprised at how good it was, that alone is enough to get me to come back. Today's smoothie was the bahama mama, also just delightful. Everything about this place is great! Today they literally had a line out the door and they were moving and working together like a well oiled machine to get people their orders as fast as possible, while still maintaining a friendly attitude. I've downloaded the app, this is my new go to place for sure.

Always great staff, great food , and delicious smoothies, usually its great. 30 minutes before closing time, no food being served... It's still a really good Smoothie spot and always clean...

Came in on a busy Saturday night. Really liked the music coming over the speakers. Our counter order was taken by an employee named Devyn with courtesy and efficiency. Her moves were perfect and graceful. She must have studied dance. Although it was busy, she handled all the smoothie orders with accuracy. That girl deserves a raise.

I have been going into here for over two weeks now. Hannah and the girls are absolutely amazing!! They had my name and order memorized just after my second trip there. I have never felt so welcome at a quick smoothie place. The ladies and gentleman go out of their way to ensure my happiness in the smoothie. If something crucial is missing in the store, they always offer to substitute it or help make it better. I love coming into this store and wish I remembered every one of the employees' names so that I could add them to this review. What I love most about Tropical Smoothie is that Rotondo’s, ( Mike Rotondo, CEO of Tropical Smoothie), efforts to keep moral values inherent in the Tropical Smoothie Cafe brand is for sure prominent at the Columbia MO location.

Andi is quite possibly one of the best employees I’ve ever ran into at Tropical Smoothie Café. She perfectly makes my smoothie and provides extremely helpful suggestions to modify the recipes to satisfy my health/dietary needs. She’s diligent, kind, and overall made my day with not only the empathetic quality of her customer service, but also the quality of the food and smoothie she made for me. Give this girl a raise!

So obviously this place is known for it's great smoothies... there are so many choices to choose from and I have yet to find one I dont like. The food is clean and good yet I often find myself still hungry after eating since the portions are small for me. I recommend trying the Acai berry smoothie and any of the sandwiches. Smoothies are great for road trips as well!

I have only had smoothies here. They have many options and are very nice to me every time I come in. They have an app to order from with rewards. Order in the app and they have it ready for you get there with no waiting. Sooner rewards would be nice. Customer service is wonderful!

Food is very good, and the staff is very nice, but they are very disorganized. In 5 visits my orders have been forgetten or lost twice, messed up twice, and only completely correct once.

I have gone a few more times and service has improved consistently. No delays or lost orders. Orders are completed as expected. Very good.

Tropical smoothie cafe has the best smoothies and let's you customize them however you'd like! They also have really good food options for light lunches (I'm a huge fan of their pressed Cuban sandwich) Any time I'm in Columbia I stop by!

Jaylee made the BEST smoothie!!

Had a small order hiccup but manager Jessica dropped what she was doing immediately to remedy the situation with great customer service! Entire staff is always friendly and orders are prepared promptly!

Walked in and was greeted with smiles.with Only one couple ahead of us and what seemed to be a skeleton crew the food was presented beautifully in a timely fashion despite 8 people walking in behind us. Food was awesome and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Always clean with friendly staff,and thier sandwiches are wonderful. Anytime I'm not feeling well I get a green machine detox smoothies and 3-24 hours later I feel amazing!!!
