It was your typical, only went for the grandkids, terrible and overpriced food, McDonald's experience.....except for Nate.....the Greatest McDonald's Employee Ever. Personable, polite young man and talk about going the extra mile with a smile!!! I can only hope McDonald's knows what a great employee they have. Thanks again, Nate!

I got there stake egg and cheese 🧀 on a bunch instead of the bagel 🥯 and it cost $6.49 from now on I'm going to Toco Bell and getting the grilled grande burrito with stake and only pay $5.00 it's larger and taste better sorry McDonald's your letting the costumer down buy increasing your prices all the time some of us are on a fixed income so we look for better deals

Very nice staff, play area is also nice. Food is as expected. Service was so good I thought I was at Chick-fil-A

I must hit this McDonald’s at all the good times because I never have a bad experience at this McD’s. Service is quick and on point, the food is always hot and fresh. It is what I expect from a McDonald’s but don’t always get elsewhere. I worked at the busiest McDs in the US and know what it takes to deliver each and every time. That’s what this McDonald’s does for me.
I also want to give the manager who was working at 11:35 am Tuesday 9/14 big props. Telling your team in the back they are doing an awesome job is huge and we heard it in the lobby! That goes along ways!

Quick service and Hot food. Awhile back my card was declined and it was 10 minutes until closing. Assumed it was the manager, but they told me not to worry about it and gave me the food for free anyway. Will definitely be back!

The service was great, but even better, the play place area was open, accessible, and such a great stop during the brutal cold. Kids got to burn off steam.

Love this McDonald's, worth the drive over to Milan if you have kids. The play area was expansive and there were games on the wall to play. Kept our two boys busy for hours on the rainy day.

The fastest McDonald's I've ever been to. I can't speak about the drive-through because we always go inside. We had our order for 4 ready for us before we filled up our soft drinks. Incredibly quick service.

I loved my cashier, she was a real peach! The manager seems really cranky with me whenever I come in and use the receipt deals but otherwise I like this mcds the best in the area

Good McDonald's overall. The service is very good, friendl and fast. The quality of the food preparation is one of the better I've seen in the many McDonald's that I visit throughout the state. The workers are nice and and the food come (fairly) fast. I'll give them a break since the preparation is generally great. This is an extremely busy McDonald's throughout the day so be prepared to wait in a very long drive through line, or possibly have to go in because the road is to the street. It's not that they are that slow, it's that busy. Here, the later in the night you can go the better, but I recommend stopping by this one if you have the time.

This is without a doubt the best McDonald's. Hands down! Always fresh and hot food whenever we come here. The McDonald's by the airport has got nothing on this one!! Today was also the first time I've ever heard a manager tell their employees they're doing a good job! Need more like him! 👍

The Eldridge location has the nicest person that takes care of you during the weekdays. She works in the lobby and keeps the tables clean and makes sure everyone is happy with their meals. She is very nice and gives everyone a big smile and a pat on the shoulder. She makes the visit that much more enjoyable. Nice choice in that one. Wish there were more people like her.

Best McDonald's franchise in the QC. They deliever what you expect. Staff is professional and they seem happy. Not so much at other locations in the QC

My favorite McFlurry is the Strawberry. I sure hope they keep it on the menu!

Came in on a Friday night with two very boisterous 4 year olds. Staff was understanding during ordering and walked my order out to our table. I was impressed and pleased. Fast food service this day and age usually isn't this friendly. Restaurant super clean.
