Brady, from the Milan store, was over the top helpful. We tried to replace the rear wiper on our vehicle ourself and couldn’t do it. Brady was able to get it replaced in less than a minute. We had already purchased a new blade elsewhere:(….Brady still helped with the replacement… with a huge smile on his face. Thank you for such excellent customer service.

Gabriel N was wonderful, I didnt have my vehicle with me and he offered to come after work and replace the battery since I did not have a way to get it to the store. Would recommend this autozone and staff for friendly customer service.

Anthony Lamberson did a great job helping me find all I needed to help prep for winter, great customer service skills and communication, very informative and helped me find which wipers I needed and offered to help install them as well and did so. Definitely will be back!

I've been getting parts from this store for years now & I've been genuinely happy w/ the customer service. The store has a new manager Brandon who went above & beyond to find the part I need for an older vehicle I have. Brandon called multiple stores looking for the part & he was able to track it down here in the QC. Go see Brandon if you're looking for great service.

Stopped in today for battery to replace the dead one in the daughter’s Envoy, the service was fast and super friendly. I was in and out in under 5 mins with no problems. Wish I would have asked the guys name or looked at least because he did a awesome job and super nice, even opened the door for me. Store is new but it was clean on this visit. Easy in and out parking lot and no cracks to trip over yet.

Bought a Edelbrock carburetor for my Camaro. Super helpful employees and the assistant manager went above and beyond. Even if your main store is Rock Island, I would make this the place to go! Highly recommended.

I was $1 short for some brake pads and both the employees were super helpful. Manager Robert shaved off the $1 so i didnt need to call in another card or run to get it.
