The food and service is always good. They greet you at the door no matter how busy they are, they actually listen to your order (I don't have to repeat myself 10x) The best big chain sandwich shop in Lancaster!

This was a very nice Lancaster California Jersey Mike's location. The food was great and the atmosphere was nice. The service was very nice also. They were seemingly very overwhelmed the day I was in so it took a good while for them to get food out but that was the only thing that was somewhat an inconvenience. But I will say in this location I could tell it was because so many people were ordering from them. Sometimes there is a price you pay when you are good at what you do.

Best sandwiches ever … love this spot and all the guys working here are super chill … always a cool vibe and a great experience over all , the vibes at this place are emaculate

Just came in for the first time, 11/17 around 7:30pm the workers were all amazing!! & so patient I had a fairly large order and they handled it sooo efficiently!! I don’t remember their names but all 3 of them were so nice and helpful!! Thank you will definitely be returning!

They are usually alway busy busy...
But the staff I'd always kind & greets you, they put work in & you can tell they are trying their best, food always good in my experience

Jersey Mike's is just good food, prices are rising and Jersey Mike's is still lots of food at a reasonable price.

I've been to this Jersey Mike's many times and it is consistently good. On my visit today I placed an order for pickup using the mobile app. I ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich. My sandwich was ready when I arrived, and when I got it home it was hot and delicious. This location can get rather busy at peak times, so I have found that a mobile order is a good idea.

Let's be very honest and say this was a Great new experience as I had some problems before and thought I would never return but thought ok one more chance and Wow how things had changed , First you walk in and get a nice welcome and everyone is very happy it's a nice atmosphere and this was truly welcomed as customer service is so lacking these days, I discovered they did make a mistake but hey I figured we all are human and if I wasn't so enjoying my conversation with another customer I would of caught the mistake as you can see the sandwich being built but I called the store and spoke to Ryan who was so kind and responsive I will rave on and on about his customer service and that is truly priceless...

Their subs are the best and I am dying to try one of their brownies as everyone loves them but they are always sold out when I visit , and I figure it's for the best.....I highly recommend this Jerseys Mikes

I've been to this Jersey Mike location many times in the last 2 years & I swear it's the same guy making sandwiches with the friendliness demeanor! He's the nicest guy & I'm always happy to see him! Oh and the sandwiches are always great!

Jersey Mike's on Commerce Center Dr, is in my opinion the best JM location in the AV. They're always polite, quick, friendly, attentive, the restaurant is always very clean, and the food never disappoints. I definitely recommend this particular JM.

Today was my first time going to a Jersey Mike's. The staff here was more than accommodating. They didn't get impatient at my ignorance about their menu, they offered great suggestions, and were very kind with excellent customer service. Food was delicious and great portion size as well. All around great experience!

I absolutely love their sandwiches to me personally I think they're much better than some way and besides they got Danny DeVito doing the commercials they're funny as hell
