Jack's

First Arby's and now Jack's, whether this is a limited time item or not, I think yall should really try this out, it's worth it 👍

Jacks has a fish sandwich now and it has a couple ingredients like the fish of course, lettuce, and what seems to be ranch or tartar sauce because that is most associated with fish when it comes to sauce.

Service: Nothing too out of the ordinary, came in expecting to get my food relatively quickly and easy 😎 There wasn't that many people inside so it was a good time and I find myself at ease when ordering from the menu.

Atmosphere/Lobby: Different from a lot of Jack's, the TV seems to be located in an odd location and the bathroom is like on the right side when you first enter (depends on which doors you come through) but for the most part, pretty comfortable.

Food: This is a bit better then Arby's when it came to their fish counterpart, was immediately hot when I ate it so I decided to let it cool down but I ordered some fries that go along with the sandwich and then some bacon ranchy fries like sort of a messy fries topped with bacon and ranch, you can add ketchup too for more effect, it is best eaten with a fork or you can eat with your hands.

Overall, I kinda forgot this Jacks existed but give it a try! I think every restaurant deserves a good one once in a while. 😁

I wanted fries, but last time they were extremely salty...This time hostess said she get me some out of fryer b4 they salt them. Great....only that didn't happen. again served very salty fries...could not eat them.

Owner does read and respond to reviews, such as this one. They wanted to make it up to me...but no worries, I'm not looking to become that "Fry-Guy" ...Overall their food is good and I most likely will visit again...and salt is for some, maybe most, just not for me. I don't even like salt on my popcorn...but them reaching out to me is enough to change this to a 5 star review...because it's the human experience I appreciate and they have that.

I absolutely unequivocally love this location. The food is always freshly made...almost seems to be cook to order fresh🤷🏾‍♀ Excellent Friendly Customer Service!!! I have never dined in...so I can say the outside parking area is clean and manicured. I give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went here for dinner in the dining room in October 2020. Order was seamless and fast. Food hot and prompt. In other words , perfect. Could not ask for more on this visit. Employees were great. Dining area clean.

I wanted something quick for breakfast, but I didn't want McDonald's or Burger King. I decided to give Jack's a try since it wasn't far away. I can't believe what I had been missing out on! I had the fried bologna sandwich combo. The sandwich was perfectly toasted and came with 2 slices of bologna along with egg and cheese. I was caught off guard (in a good way) by the amount of hashbrowns. I feel like I got more than what I paid for!

My wife and I use this Jack's frequently. Yesterday we went in and we were served by Zach. He had a great attitude, didn't mind answering questions and was overall what you want as someone serving you. Not only Zach but the manager was super sweet. She remembered us as well. She has helped us many times and has always been super nice about it. Overall it was a very great experience! My wife and I both have years in customer service so when we experience great customer service we take it to heart! Thank you to Zach and the whole team!! We can't wait to come see yall again!

Great family place to eat! The food was fresh and everyone was awesome!!

Came through at 7 pm and my order was taking perfectly and very quickly. When I got to the window a very nice man smiled through the window and asked how my day was! My day's been awful so it was really made me smile and on top of the amazing service he said I had a pretty smile which just made my day a lot better. :.) There was a pretty girl with a nose ring too and she brought out my order super fast and hot!! Thank you guys!!!

This Jack's is a popular place in the morning as well it should. Food is served hot and plentiful, tasty as well. The staff is friendly, courteous and quick. Prices are good for a lot of breakfast. If you're near Alabaster and want breakfast stop in, you won't be sorry.

Easily one of the BEST TOP TEN burgers I have ever had. I am new to Alabama and to Jack’s and I learned the hard way that each Jack’s is DIFFERENT. I visited one in Sheffield and was so sadly disappointed after the AWESOME burger that I had at this location in Alabaster. The first time I visited this Jack’s in Alabaster the burger was hot and prepared correctly, just as I ordered. The fries were so hot, fresh and DELICIOUS 😋 Each time I have been to this Jack’s in Alabaster, the service and quality has been consistent. The customer service is great, the employees are friendly, talkative and always smiling. The burgers and fries are very tasty and everything is ALWAYS FRESH. Even their sweet tea really really good. This Jack’s takes great care of their customers and DEFINITELY will get my business again 😊

I return To my fav morning stop to get my milkshake and biscuits as I do every morning and Jack's is always happy to fill my order . Today however was a bit different I have had a tough week and I'm feeling down well image my order I'm told pull around as I do. And this sweet teen was so friendly to me and freezing himself to death so I abandoned my order by accident to go get it ! Stym and dough fu__6

Recently visited this location for lunch..the food was excellent, store was extremely clean and was beyond impressed with the Asst. Store Manager Angie...this Lady truly deserves Acknowledgement. She was extremely proffesional and running her shift properly, her customer service skills, are Excellent and this young Lady, has Kindness covered. Some people truly do not get that , as customers and workers, in any industry. She went above and beyond...i hope Jack's knows , what a Excellent Employee, they have in this Lady!!! As a former GM, for another chain and 25 years of Resturant/ Retail Management , as a Career...we observe others.... Loved her Personality!!! Thanks a lot!!

Good food...love the fries !! The White sauce Chicken sandwich im not too crazy about.. the slaw isn't chopped up enough..can't taste the sauce...really think you should leave off the slaw and just put the white sauce ..Woukd really be good then !! Jacks out Ranks McDonald's to me any time!!!

Excellent service. Rarely do they get your order wrong but if they do they correct it with a smile. Pleasant staff service with a smile. I go there almost every day and I am never disappointed.
