If 10 stars were possible Todd and the receptionist would get 10 stars. They both were very pleasant and communicated very well. Todd described everything in detail and with refreshing humor. In a world where we interact with automation it was very pleasant to encounter representatives who have a pulse. Service was excellent.

Darell was outstanding! Answered many questions I had without even having to ask. Talked to me in terms I understood and repeated many important aspects that I needed to remember as far as maintaining my my machine.

Todd was absolutely amazing. He answered every question I was thinking before I asked. He made sure I was very comfortable before I left. I would recommend this office to everyone

Todd was absolutely wonderful! He was very informative and showed compassion along kindness. He gave me step by step instructions on how to use and clean my CPAP machine. Todd answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my mask and that the setting on the machine were to my satisfaction.

Had my appt at Kettering location with Darrel, but he goes by Todd. Very informative, professional, and knowledgeable. Covered all questions and even then some! Everyone in office was very professional, courteous, and I highly recommend!!!

I was a nervous wreck coming into my appointment. Todd (aka, Darrell) was straight with me right from the beginning, seemingly knowing instinctively what anxious thoughts were running through my mind! He was patient yet direct and honest with me at the same time. My husband said, "HE was exactly who you needed for this!" I couldn't agree more! AeroCare has a valuable asset in Todd, who has been helping nervous patients like me since the late 1980s. I also needed to get some testing done at my home, and AeroCare was able to drop off my equipment! Anastasia was my technician who brought my testing device, and she kept me updated with her arrival time, which was greatly appreciated. This Kettering office has been wonderful to work with for my respiratory needs.

Superb experience. Todd is outstanding at customer service. He selected a CPAP machine based on my personal situation, and tailored a custom solution based on my individual needs and preferences. He was patient and direct with explaining how to use the CPAP, keeping instructions simple and easy to understand. Thanks to his care, I am confident that I will be successful with treatment.

Annie was polite and mindful when she explained everything to us. She answered all of our questions in a way we could understand.

Darryl did a fantastic job explaining my device and how to.use it. As well as how my insurance will charge them and what my cost will be. The entire experience from walking through the door to leaving was top notch and I felt like I was a pro. When I got to use my cpap that night I felt comfortable and confident in what I was doing and comfortable wearing my mask.

The gentleman I worked with, Todd, was amazing. Very easy to talk with, helped me understand how to go about things with the machine as I'm new to the whole ordeal. Glad to have had the chance to work with someone who made things easy, and would definitely recommend!

Todd was amazing made sure I knew how to use my cpap and the settings before I left and was comfortable with it before I left. Explained the set up thoroughly and had me show him how to set it up.

Darrell (Todd) made feel totally welcome, and showed me several different options. He also showed me how to clean the machine and when. I'm a realist, and he kept it real without being a jerk about it. He also discussed with me what all of the numbers from my sleep study meant. Apparently I've needed this machine for a long time. This was a first time appointment for me. First, I was kept informed of an appointment change, and on the day of my appointment I received a call to come in early if I wanted. The office was clean, bright and cheerful. My technician, Darrell (Todd) was very personable, caring, thorough, and entertained my many questions without hesitation. I approached using a CPAP with trepidation, and Darrell (Todd) immediately put me at ease. I would highly recommend AreoCare.

The staff was very pleasant and Todd was truly amazing, he explained the cpap machine I needed perfectly. I enjoyed my visit and they made me feel comfortable with the different masks.
