Chick-fil-A

Smooth operation! Is this place usually busy? Yes! But they do a great job of getting people through the 2 drive through lines or bring your food right to you if you eat inside. Staff has always been wonderful, they work hard and have a smile on. Milkshakes and are always excellent. This location is always convenient when we are out. Have also ordered Catering from here a few times and it has been excellent. They really give you everything to put on a great spread and people are always impressed and excited for it at parties.

You can never go wrong with getting Chick-fil-A any time of the week. I always get the same results. . Great food and excellent service. The spicy chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese keeps me coming back for more!

Kettering, OH location at 480 Stroop Rd. Clean with spacious seating at the edge of a strip mall. Drive thru line was very long and packed with a constant stream of vehicles. However, going inside was the smarter move as we were able to walk right up a register and place our order. Food came really fast and piping hot. Every associate with whom we interacted was pleasant, courteous, and accomodating. BTW: restrooms were very clean, too.

Love this place you can actually drive up you know what you want you can order it really fast or you can go up and look at the menu they have some really great options didn't take long at all everything I ordered with the man was in my bag which was nice you know didn't have to go back and get anything always love this place

Beautiful store, may be the nicest looking Chick-Fil-A I've ever been inside of. They’ve decorated for Christmas, and it is surprisingly charming. The staff is very friendly. This location most certainly upholds the expected professionalism that Chick-fil-A is known for.

Very nice inside but some of the tables were dirty but not that bad. Got food out very quick but didn't think we were together even though we all came in together and were talking.

Chicken is fresh, & better than KFC ,Lee's or church's chicken by far. The restraunt is very clean people are very nice and respectful. Price is fair. I would go back anytime.

Almost always have a great experience there. Food is consistent and good. Service always excellent.

My kids love this place, kale side is really good (I'm vegetarian). Workers are always polite, I've always done drive thru so I can't rate the atmosphere.

Really idk about the atmosphere since I only ever go through the drive through, but I have been here a dozen times and have never had a wrong order or lackluster service. Great location.

For some reason, our line moved really slow. Multiple cars in the other lane moved forward who arrived after us. No explanation or apology. Not sure we needed one, but it would have been nice. Then the drinks were wrong and the worker seemed irritated when we asked for correction. But the food was delicious. We'll still return

Typical great service and great food from a Chick-fil-A. This one has a play area for kids, which is why I picked it.

What more can I say…it’s Chick-fil-A and you’re never disappointed and always consistent. Best fast food service ever!

If you're looking for a Chick-fil-A that still has a Play Place, this one's for you!! For kids 54 inches or less and a special little area for 3 and under.

Layla I was so incredibly helpful and patient in the drive thru this evening- she made sure I was aware of the rewards I would receive using the app with my gift card. I so appreciate her kindness and service as well as all the young adults there working in the cold. I am not feeling well so I’m super appreciative to all of them.
