Inversion Gym

My daughter Luna and her friends love this gym and their instructor Shannon. She is so passionate about her role as their teacher and she is always coming up with creative ways to help them get stronger and have fun. She is very enthusiastic and you can tell she loves her job! Every one who works there is always super nice and the atmosphere is very community friendly. Great place and I highly recommend it!

My son is on a team in San Diego. Our family recently purchased a home in South Lake Tahoe and visits for a week or 2 at a time. It's difficult to travel because my son needs to maintain a daily connection with gymnastics to maintain muscle and Technic.

The owners of Inversion were more than willing to accommodate a schedule for my son with there team as well as private lessons.

Upon entering the gym you feel very welcome and they offer many more services than Gymnastics training. Equipment is updated and coaches seem very qualified.

I highly recommend this gym.

We LOVE Inversion Gym! The skills our daughter learns have a positive impact on her other sports and activities. The coaches and management are wonderful and create a very welcoming family-like environment.

We took the kids here for open gym and they had the BEST time. Everyone was super nice and I felt like the kids were in good hands. When it was time to pick the kids up, they were having so much fun that they didnt want to leave. Thank you so much for providing a fun, healthy, and safe environment for kids!

Great place to take my six year old. The coaches are excellent and friendly. There's always a lot going on inside the gym and parents can view the class easily.

I took my daughter here here and all she ever did was sit around not doing her skills and not trying enough, she was never even out of breath. I get the gymnasts are supposed to be strong, however, the conditioning Wasn’t EVEN HARD! My daughter lost all her competitions. The gymnasts would improve or get new skills but then the coach wouldn’t go back to that event for a week and then the gymnasts would just have to learn it over and over again. Unfortunately it is such a big team that the gymnasts are not getting enough individual time with the coaches. When getting into the higher levels at this gym it is almost impossible to succeed because it seams they don’t know how to teach anything above gold.

Place is wack it's pure racism they said things like "go trick with your own kind and things like" "tricking is not cool your not even setting and putting your hands in the air when you back tuck" truly disgusting

Terrible experience I went here and everyone was super rude and made fun of me and didn’t let me have fun
