KFC

Their fried chicken is great! We had a coupon, so we got a great deal! The cashier was unfamiliar with how to put the coupon in, so he had to get the manager who was trying to get a quick smoke in before the lunch rush. The coupon was 12.99 plus tax for a meal for two. We only paid 11.43. I'm not sure how that worked out, but im not complaining. Excellent food. Friendly and prompt service. We got our food right away. The only thing I can say about the dining room is that they should clean up the dead flies in all the windows.

I placed a rather large order ahead of time and found the staff very helpful and accommodating when I showed up to pick up my order. The food was fresh and tasty.

This kfc is so much better than the kfc on central Ave...the woman who took my order was great all my food came correct and delicious

This location was extremely busy and all 5 employees were working very hard to get everything done. They were very pleasant and I was so happy with the service. In addition the food was really good. It was such a great experience to see people act like they really cared about keeping their customers happy.

Now i know what you are thinking "Oh 3.1 star review [as of now] I don't want to go here" but this place was awesome when i went here. Me and my family decided to get a Jack Harlow meal to share and it was very good, worth the money. And the girl that was working there was very nice. The food did take a long time to take out like maybe 15 to 20 minutes but it was still very good which makes up for it. 5 star definitely suggest.

I like fast food occasionally but feel that it has become a misnomer; it's not fast anymore (and some will question the "food" claim based on marginal, if not negative nutritional value ;-) .
These guys got me out the door with my accurately fulfilled order in about 4 minutes from when I stepped into the building. They are putting the FAST back into fast food. And all was warm and delicious (except for the slaw, which was cool and delicious, and intentionally placed at the bottom of the bag so it wouldn't get heated by the other food, yay!)

Beautiful spot, I got the Zinger sandwich, and it came out similar to how it went in spicy enough to bring tears to my eyes. Whoever cleans the restrooms, keep up the good work.

I want to say thank you to the only 2 employees at the Menands NY KFC. The manager Sam and a very hard worker Quay. Only these 2 went to work, and they kicked butt. Very pleasant and hard working. Thank you

Food is always fresh and delicious! Manager is very nice and always willing to help when staff gets confused about the order.

Overall decent fast food joint for lunch or quick dinner. Would recommend ordering online though if you're in a hurry, lines get pretty long around meal rushes.

The staff was quite busy, yet still happened to bust out everyone's orders quick and CORRECT!
AND
They offered to give more than the "normal" amount of dipping sauce and not ask for a penny more or your first born .

One of the best places in Albany to see a fight. Try to go on a day when they have run out of chicken, the world might as well be coming to an end. Nothing like two pregnant women ripping each others wigs off!!!!!!!!

Clean and friendly staff. Much better and cleaner than Delaware Ave store. Food is hot and fresh. They made a mistake with my order and were quick to resolve the issue without any hassle. Will no longer go to Delaware Ave or Central Ave stores. This store is refreshing from the nasty attitudes of staff in other stores.

We came 15 mins to close and asked the woman profusely if it was okay (we didn't want to be those people) and she was extremely nice, let us order, apologized multiple times for having to put substitutions in our meals (which was totally fine with us b.c we came so close to closing and were just happy to be served) AND the food was actually HOT and tasted GOOD!! Honestly an overall great experience. Kudos to the night crew at this KFC!!

Went to this KFC the other day. My order was taken by a man, I believe his name was Nigel....yea it was Nigel. That man deserves a raise. He was working hard, but still treated me with the upmost kindness and was very friendly. Will definitely be going back.

The lady serving was so nice, and a quest even paid for my son-in-law's lunch, he was in uniform. I was passing through the state and had time to stop for lunch. Such a friendly staff and community.

So good! We have been craving it for a long time and we were not disappointed! Window staff was excellent and patient as we decided what to have... wish they would open up one in our town!

This is my go to in the area. The property is rough around the edges, but their service is solid and they have always been super quick for me.

Getting lunch or an early dinner, the busy times, may be super busy, but they knock the lines out!
