My first Redwings, probably not my last. Kudos to Logan for answering my many questions, helping me try on six or seven boots, all while keeping up a warm, friendly chat. This was like buying shoes in the "old days", and I mean that in a good way. No self-serve, no digging through stacks on your own to find what you want. Between the product and the service I would say it was well worth the price.

GO HERE FIRST!!!! Extremely helpful staff, lovely store. Walked inside and immediately greeted and assisted!!!! And try the foot sizing machine it's really really cool when they set you up with the right insoles and everything super quick, no fancy appointment. Just extremely polite staff. Family has been going to this store for a while now. Forget justin or timberland or docs and ariats. This will be your last boot shop stop.

Have been going to Red Wing Eastgate for many years now and they take care of you and your needs thirty day comfort return if not satisfied and a one year guarantee if something goes wrong in that time w your boots can't beat that one anywhere that I know of

I have a medical condition that I was born with that requires me to wear two different sized boots. I work in an industry that goes through boots pretty quickly because of the conditions, making it very difficult to find good boots. I recently bought a second pair of redwing boots and the sales person couldn’t have known that the soles wouldn’t be oil resistant even though they looked identical to the other pair I bought the first time. The GM was kind enough to return them, even though I had already added a 3rd party toe cover that you can’t remove. He was also able to find me a better fitting shoe with the better sole, specifically rated for oil, and wet conditions. I’m up and down a metal ramp all night, and in and out of oily restaurant floors. These boots are awesome for that, and the Eastgate location was more than helpful. I appreciate you guys!

I can only say that once again I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. This is my 3rd pair of Red Wing boots that I’ve bought from Grant, He is completely knowledgeable of all the Red Wing products and has Amazing Passion for his job and for Red Wing Boots, I could easily shop right here in Florence where I live but would rather drive to Eastgate to make my purchase. Grant and his associate are just really friendly and enjoyable to talk with and such a great help that I cannot imagine going anywhere else to buy my Red Wing Boots, do yourself a favor and shop with these guys and make a friend and get some Great Quality American Footwear.

Andy was very helpful. Listened to what I do for a living and helped me find the boots I needed. He showed other models, ones with the color I wanted, but told me the kind that I got (2440) had the traction I would need. I am very happy with these boots. I don't know if my feet have ever been this confortable.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. There's another large boot store close by with a larger selection but I go to Red Wing because their customer service sets them apart. On top of that, you know you're going to walk out in a pair of high quality boots.

Andy and his guys really take the time to get you the best products on your feet. Absolutely world class. I wouldn't get anything less than a redwing boots from this store.

I have been shopping here since 2015, and I always feel like I am a valued customer. I'm remembered by name and even several of my past purchases, including my shoe size! Say what you will about this brand being expensive, but is there a price on quality? Andrew and staff are always ready to assist you with good information about the various styles of footwear, and wise suggestions to fit your particular needs and budget.
