Kudos to Nick for calling me back! It saved me a trip and phone call to the dealer. (who wants to deal with the dealer anyway?. lol) Nice guy I hope you treat him well.

Ron is my hero, at the end of a hard work day I couldn't find anyone who would get me a battery without scheduling a appointment, except Batteries Plus, all because my man Ron, everyone said it was a 50$ installation fee because it would be hard to switch out, Ron had it replaced in 5 minutes, my battery was smoking and fumes spraying out, on top of top quality confidence and services Batteries Plus beat every price as well. Thank you again Ron I really really appreciate your hard work, your a EXTREMELY VALUABLE ASSET TO THIS COMPANY AND THE COMMUNITY!!!

My battery to my car fob died, so I called ahead to see if this was something they could help me with. Ron answered the phone and was very polite and knowledgeable. He let me know it was no problem, so I came right in. I ended up getting new windshield wipers while I was at it. Not only did I get a great price, but the service was even better! Ron replaced my battery, put on my new wiper blades, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thanks for all your help Ron! Will definitely be back!

I was looking for a specific AGM battery for my vehicle and this Batteries+ had it. I was able to complete online ordering and pick it up within 15 minutes. Ron, the associate there on this day, was super friendly and helpful. I will be back for future battery needs, especially since they carry some odd-ball ones.

Replaced 4 large batteries for my RV, upgraded to AGM. They had the right size in stocks, and loaded them in my car. Also took my old dead batteries without a problem. Very friendly service. Great people.

Negative experience at Advance Auto when employee refused to install parts when help was requested although multiple employees were on the floor and no other customers were in the store.
Auto zone in my area is understaffed.

Literally the best experience I ever had!! The Guy in the front (old Hibbet sports Gm) was so polite and helpful he made sure I got my discount and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. I was in and out literally in 25 minutes that was the best. These ar great workers here the world needs more people like them!

The best. Very good with testing my vehicles when I need it and replacing a battery under warranty. Could even be an issue with the vehicle but since the battery wasn't as strong as it should be it was replaced without any hassle. This is why I buy my batteries for all 5 of my vehicles at Batteries Plus!

I've visited herre a couple times recently and the staff were great! They didn't have the laptop battery in stock, but ordered it. They gave me a date (about a week out) and it came in earlier than expected. The other time for a button battery that wasn't (of course) a common one that you could find in the grocery store. The sales person walked right to it. In and out in a couple of minutes!

Greeted on my way in, Called ahead to make sure the battery for my car was available - Nick offered to set it aside for me. It was waiting on me when I got there. I asked to change the battery myself and was given the tools to do so and asked multiple times if I needed anything by the Representatives Carlos and Danny.

I needed a new car battery and after shopping around, Batteries Plus had the best price on the one I needed. I have always been a Batteries Plus customer, but this is my first experience purchasing a car battery. It was easy to order and pay for the battery online and when I arrived, the battery was on the counter waiting for me. James installed the battery for me and I was on the road in no time! In my opinion and experience, you can't go wrong with Batteries Plus!

The two gentlemen that helped me with getting my phone screen and battery repair for my iphone were very nice and explained throughout the whole situation what would be happening and the warranties on the individual repairs. They were chill easy going people and cracked jokes with me. It was a overall very pleasant experience, now that it was I call customer service. And my phone looks great and is flourishing.

The associate that helped me was Rondale Nicholson. He replaced the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S10. He said it would take an hour. I waited in my car and 30 minutes later he came outside with the thumbs up. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience. I would recommend going to this business.
