WOW! I was looking for a really good burger. You know the kind - when you bite into it and then Thank the the Almighty Universe that the beef was born - I found it at 5 Guys!!! Seriously - I wanted a BURGER that tasted like a Burger - not compacted meat pressed into a patty shape with veggies you either can’t find or they take over the burger. I get the Little Bacon Cheese Burger because it only has one patty and it is still a big burger and bacon because - well everything is better with bacon. Shoot - as I write this I am getting hungry - I’m going to go get a Burger at 5 Guys so I can add pictures and ahh Bonus I get a 5 Guys Burger!! Win for you, WIN for me. Not to bag on the competition - but why on Earth would you wait in a sometimes very long line at the drive through of the other fast food chains for an Ok burger when you could have perfection at 5 Guys. And at my local one the staff is always so helpful and friendly. Thank you much to the staff. Now stop reading this and go get yourself and those you want to feed a burger worth eating. I promise you’ll be glad you did. AND NO - I am not affiliated with 5 Guys. I unfortunately have to buy my own burgers just like you. Have a great day!

Ok I got my 5Guys fix at my local in Arroyo Grande. I spoke with the manager Joanne and she informed me that they offer fund raisers for nonprofits. I will be letting the nonprofit I work for know because it would be a wonderful partnership. Thank you Joanne for the information.

We are very fortunate to have our very own FIVE GUYS here in the Five Cities. Really high quality food! The burgers are just right... perfectly cooked and seasoned. Fresh meat and buns, second to none! Made to order with your choice of free goodies. The fries? Salted perfectly, crispy, soft and seasoned. And, there is always extras in the bag! Wonderful goodness wrapped in foil helps the precious burger stay warm, moist, and melts the cheese until it is gooey on the foil. Really good shakes. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, quick, accurate service. FIVE GUYS RULES! Never a disappointment.

Oh Yeah... don't tell me it's expensive... you really do get what you pay for.

We love this place! The last time we were at Five Guys was in 2012 in Oceanside, California. We are glad to know that Five Guys is closer to us. We will travel from Santa Maria to Grover Beach to get a burger. The place is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, the employees are friendly, and the food is fresh. We will be back!!!

These guys are a blast! It was 5 min before closing and one of the workers still served me an amazing tasty peanut butter banana milkshake. He was friendly, he smiled and I was so so thankful because eveeeerybody else would have sad: Sorry lady we close in 5 min! Thank you! Amazing guys working there!

I’ve been coming here for 8 years. The food is good and the staff are super easy to talk to. I recommend this place. The food is “pricy” but the quality of the staff and food is worth it. When ordering fries a Regular can feed 2 adults no problem maybe even 3 adults. Let’s not forget that the peanuts are awesome 👍

I got a little hamburger and my husband got a cheeseburger. I love that we specify everything we want in our burger. The beef was super soft and juicy! Fries are always amazing. Perfect amount of soft with crunchy edges. Food was out fairly quick and the service was super friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

My favorite Cheeseburger, always great service and friendly staff! Consistently awesome burgers and fries, and the shakes are great too! BLT, lots of Bacon, was Great! Grilled cheese needed more cheese. Definitely worth the price and wait!

Serious, tasty burgers. Lots of free options for extras. The strawberry vanilla malt milkshake was one of the best shakes I've ever had. The staff were sincere, friendly and helpful.

A walking complaint came in as we were exiting and demanded they clean the tables and the busy staff handled it a lot better than I would have. (there was one dirty table from some patrons who had only just left and plenty of free tables.)

Hot, fresh food, and great service every time. Clean restaurant at a good location.

We have yet to eat a burger at this particular Five Guys, but have discovered that their shakes are legendary. Definitely give them a try.

Great burgers there shakes are great and so are the fries. They will make you a thousand island dressing for your burger if you ask.

Great food, friendly staff, ALL OF THEM WEARING MASKS! I love to see it. Five Guys has always been one of my favorite burger joints, a little on the pricey side but imo the toppings and high quality food more than make up for it. Lots of locals seem to hate this place because they have an obsession with In n Out, which is good sure but Five Guys is better. Higher quality burger with a much wider range of toppings makes for a way more interesting meal.

My very picky eater loves it here. It’s good, and yes, pricey but the servings are for like..8 people. I couldn’t eat a whole fry order in 3 days.

So you could get one fry for the entire family and split the burgers between people. Really huge servings!

It’s clean, and the employees are very courteous and fast. I take my kids here after school sometimes, if we’re going to have a busy night.

Nice place with the great Five Guys quality burgers and shakes you expect. Customer service was excellent. They've got a good team working there.

We went in not knowing quite what to expect. Yet another burger joint. However, it was a pleasant surprise that their food was so good, and the prices, reasonable. The patties are clearly made on site, not the standard machine patties. The fries were delicious and even a small was an ample amount. There are peanuts everywhere and you help yourself to the roasted delights. (Note: if you have a peanut allergy, stay clear of this place, they are everywhere). All in all, a pleasant and tasty visit.

Great place for burgers! Staff here are very friendly and outgoing. If you are not in the mood for a burger, try the BLT and add cheese to it. Also make sure you get one of their awesome milkshakes. And don't forget to grab some roasted peanuts to nibble on while waiting for your meal. Watch out for the fries, they are always hot and salty and they seem to always give you more than you order...

They have great customer service. I don't like the fact that their "little" burger is one patty and their normal burger is two. That aside, there was a time where I forgot to order my burger lettuce wrapped (I'm gluten free), and the employee was willing to make me a whole new (2nd) burger, just because I messed up. This place is good if expensive, and they give you way more fries than necessary (in a good way).

Delicious fresh burgers and your choice of toppings. Fresh potatoes to make them fries...better than In and Out in my opinion. Especially since there are more topping options. More money than the usual #1 or #2 menu items at In and Out, but it's worth the price to me...
