EXCELLENT McDonalds! After several visits for takeout, and a couple of large delivery orders, this McDonalds was accurate each time, and included all requested items, condiments, napkins, etc. The App is really good for ordering ahead, and the Kiosks are intuitive and detailed, eliminating the need for human interaction, and miscommunication.

Had a takeout early lunch order. Prompt, friendly service. Beautiful recent remodel, easy to use kiosk boards, bright display menu. Very clean... I saw 2 employees cleaning the dining room while I waited. This location is an excellent example of what McDonalds should be! Aside from that, there are lots of BUMS☹ around, hanging around the parking lot and occupying the bathrooms.

This was hands down the best McDonald's our family has been to. The service is excellent and the food tasted very fresh and delicious. The cashier also delivered the food and drinks to our table, which was completely unexpected but a welcome twist from other McDonald's or other fast food restaurants we've been to.

My first Radio Release was at this McDonalds. It is called Rebel With A Kickstand by Rihanna. HS

it's McDonald's. no Michelin stars here. just lots of hard working people. clean restaurant. definitely up to standards.

Good coffee and free wifi

It's McDonald's...they were very busy but staff did an excellent job of moving orders. We had dine in and were a large party. Oatmeal was made with fruit in it by mistake and they replaced it quickly and without a problem.

Never have I had such fantastic customer service at a McDonalds. Every worker was friendly and thorough and well as efficient. Establishment was clean even the bathrooms. It’s nice to have service like that. Keep it up McDonalds on Grand Ave, you guys are excelling in what “customer Service” should be..... and as for food, well it’s still fast food but I can say it was fresh, hot and ready. Saturday morning service can’t be beat. Thanks.

We usually go for coffee and soda either walk-in or drive through. People are nice and good is hot and great.

Had to wait for hash browns in parking lot realized while I was waiting that orange juice was water. Young lady who brought order ended up making 3 trips to make it right. She was a trooper.

We travel in a small RV. all over the US and visit a lot of McDonald's restaurants. This was an exceptionally clean restaurant. Service was quick and courteous. I did not check for power outlets or wifi.

They never give me a hard time when I get a sausage egg mcmuffin with folded egg and sub for a biscuit. They refuse with attitude in Pismo and A.G.

Horrible, very expensive and not worth the money!

Great got my go to mocha coffee.

I really like this place it is so easy to get in and out or stay on the premises if we so desire.

As of recently I've encountered pleasant and helpful people at this location.
