I-85 Storage

Not one to typically write reviews. I rented an inside temperature controlled unit several months ago and the property was very nice and very clean. The staff was extremely responsive, the units were very clean and kept in great shape. The property manager was always available to help if I had questions. They put a lot of improvements into the property. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I rented a unit on a short term basis while we were relocating. I felt very comfortable leaving my grandmothers antique furniture in the climate controlled area. Every time we were there we either ran into the owners or the employee cleaning the hallways on the premises. The location is super convenient as it’s right off the highway. I would recommend I 85 Storage for anyone looking for storage.

I looked around at several different storage facilities to rent from and I picked I 85 Storage. Property is very nice, well lighted lots for security measures and well-maintained. The new owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The owner even helped me unload my trailer into my unit. I’d highly recommend them.

I really do not understand the recent negative reviews. Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and very nice. The place is new, fresh and clean. They must have spent a bundle fixing the place up and I for one appreciate it. If my mother needed a place to rent I would recommend it to her!!

The thing I like about I85 Storage is, when I was calling around getting prices, I actually spoke to a live person. A local person at that. Not a computer generated voice. And not a person who asked for my zip code before they could give me a price for a 10x10 storage unit.

I chose I85 Storage for the personal, local care and the fair pricing.

Everyone that I have meet that works here has been very nice and didn't ever make me feel like just another person renting a unit.

Brand new and modern. It's bright, safe and clean. The manager is very helpful.

Hours are odd but they will accommodate you. Definitely a new clean place. Can't say alot about the prices other than the fact they use RFID key cards to open the gate and the doors to climate controlled storage. They charge you a non refundable $15 for a key card or $25 for a key tag. If you loose your card or need another it's another $15. Which is a rather expensive add on to your 1st bill. Especially considering the fact that the cards themselves only cost about $1 each, if that much.

Under new ownership and they are definitely not Curtis Stacey. No grace period prices are higher and owner is very rude. Nobody ever in the office or answers the phone. It has to be the worst in Spartanburg County

My daughter stored some very important things in one of the units had trouble making one payment no notice or anything one month.went to pay and get the things gone moved or sold who knows.said went to goodwill.checked all stores nothing They count the days to take your things .Must have some sort of yard sale busines never use this company again s or market place where the things out of your units are sold. I wouldn't use . Thieves

The OWNER of this storage unit is VERY RUDE !
