I actually found 2 slacks and a pair of jeans in my hard to find big & tall size at a great price! And all the Sales staff were extremely helpful and friendly (even with us coming in close to closing time).

I went with my mother to buy this bedroom set. The selection is awesome. They customer service was excellent by the ladies there. The set worked out fabulous for the room we were working on. I will definitely go back there for future purchases.

Lucked up on some bath towels that were on clearance and were nice as well as skincare. My overall experience was great due to that they had more parts of the store that had registers opened instead of just one or having to wait to do a transaction at the fragrance counters. The associate was nice and I was out in a snap. Will be coming back!

My wife loves shopping at Belk!! We get some of the grand children clothes there as well!!

Went for a last minute school clothes run. The selection was great and the staff is always helpful. I do wish the big and tall section had more choices like they did before the remodeling/rearranging took place.

Ready for the next fundraiser. Sale racks are always full and over flowing with great deals. Nice selections of apparel for girls, teenagers and adults. Easy to find outfits and gifts for the entire family.

I actually went there last weekend with family from Florida. The store was clean and well stocked. Great customer service and a lot of deals in clothing. The Eastdale Mall location was great. Also the buyers did a great job on clothing selection than I remember Belk 25 years ago as a kid.

The helpfulness of the sales lady. The neatness of the store. My suggestion is that it seemed too many items was out not easy to make a good selection. You can actually pick one item and a whole rack seem to come falling down.

I was helped by their oldest sales clerk on payroll COMPANYWIDE. She was 95! You NEVER would have known from her wonderful demeanor and professional attitude. She helped me find the purse I needed not only on sale, but with a bonus coupon she had, making it less than half price! Highly recommend!

I have shopped there for several things. But the memory of my best time was when the Mac department did my daughter's makeup for her junior prom. The staff made it such a pleasant experience. Thumbs up!

They have a larger men's section than JCPenney's. Overall I had a positive shopping experience despite the huge hassle of shopping for clothing.

My favorite store. The sales are phenomenal! I like to shop here. Courteous staff who are patient and helpful. Lots of price check machines available and plenty of name brands goods on sale.
