Love the GameStop it reminds me of the all the times I've went to game places in the past and have some serious gaming talks with staff there! They know she game but aren't better at it then me I believe heck I been Top 10 to top 100 in online competitive games in the world 🌎🌍! I think GameStop could be much more but I'll give it 5 stars. For being a soul survivor store even among (now defunct) Play N Trade And other game stores in NY!

Just got out of the store after trading in 2 old systems for a new ps5 bundle and Mathew was the clerk helping us out. He really gave us excellent customer, I have never been treated so well and taken care of in any other industry. Thanks Mathew !! You’re the best!

I went to this GameStop today for a PlayStation 5 that they had in stock. The manger (I think his name was will) was at the door and letting in about 2 customers at a time for the PlayStation or the Xbox. He was very professional helpful and kept the customers entertained while customers like me were waiting outside in the cold. He kept the line orderly and nobody was arguing or fighting who was there first and etc. I will be returning to this GameStop again! Great customer service and great workers!

The employees are masters of various rituals and just overall very pleasant and helpful. The layout of the product shelving catacombs is very intuitive, and well organized. The incantations and otherworldly voices playing overhead did well to improve my experience, and gave me something to tune into while mindlessly browsing.
What first appears as a humble store, offering platforms, games and gaming accessories, upon entry, reveals itself to be a haven of an underworld's wonderful shopping trip.

Nice to have them opened again after the shut down. Store was clean and properly prepared for social distancing. Employees very pleasant and helpful

GameStop is forever goated, I've forgiven them for offering $2.14 for 7 games that were less than a year old because they have some of the coolest stuff now

Hands down the best Gamestop I have ever been to. Crysta and Ryan went above and beyond when helping me locate what I was looking for. When we couldn't find it out in the floor they both went searching through the stock the back to make sure every possible option was provided to me. I have been to a lot of Gamestops and stores in general where the staff would rather be dismissive then go the extra mile for the customer. Better yet, when I came back two days later the manager told me if I let him know what else I was looking for he would keep his eye out and put them aside for me.
I am truly amazed at how well I was treated and helped, I couldn't imagine going to another Gamestop for any of my gaming needs.

I love this store as I have gotten my games and accessories through here! The store employees are with the whole gaming atmosphere but some are not 100% committed to the art and legacy of games like mwah!!!!!!! Being #1 in video games on XBOX has paid dividends going to this store as all the associates who've been there know who the immortal. When I walk through the door and i always feel appreciated over in this Gamestop store, nothing like it! The store has really "LEVELED UP" in inventory and it is like a museum going to this location. So its gets 5 stars due to this fact (Also always check your prices online to Gamestop just a hint) so it won't be game over shopping here!!!

I Iike to go there every summer with my dad we pick out games and play it together. They also dont just have games they also have action figures and watches that are good as collectibles and stuff to were.

Had a lot of different merchandise that was neatly and engagingly displayed. The employees were welcoming and helpful.

Very polite staff, the girl at the counter went above and beyond in helping me with my visit.
