The staff are friendly, efficient, and have always come through with packages, overseas postage, and other tricky transactions.

This branch is closer to our house than the one on Route 29 but you must park in the parking garage. Only open 5 days a week with no self-serve kiosk. Employees are helpful though haven’t been wearing masks for most of the pandemic.

Staff is terse, lack of signage makes it somewhat tricky to find the first time, and it looks like they havent really renovated behind the counter since Benjamin Franklin worked there. But they've got those sweet stamps and will deliver your package like the USPS do.

Lots of days with no mail delivered or picked up from our mailbox. Not sure what I have to do to get my mail every day but the fact that they won’t even pick it up is a problem. This could make me late on bills.
As for the post office itself, so far so good.

Difficult to find (it's on the downtown mall), and prolonged wait time to just drop off a package that was already ready to send.

Parking sucks impossible to find

these guys certainly do their best to take the 'service' out of 'customer service'. One particularly nasty individual down there has a chip on his shoulder which seems to be specifically directed at blacks - ironic since there's a large picture of the new Rosa Parks stamps on the counter. Either way, it's unpleasant, unnecessary and people like this shouldn't be employed by the Federal Government or in service jobs to begin with.

Hours do not match what’s listed online, they actually close at 5 and if you get there at 4:59 expect the door closed in your face.

I always had problems with USPS. Still do
"Customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection. Please collect your package once available for pick-up." bullshit.

My grandmas bills have been in the mail box for 8 days and this is not the first time. The mail is always a week or so late
