Mailbox Express

Denise (more like Da-nicest!) is a treasure and is what customer service should be. Knowledgeable, quick, and kind.

I just want to make sure that anyone reading this understands that it was not, nor would it ever be, Denise, the personal working behind the counter.
I actually heard about this upsetting situation from someone whom witnessed it & the upsetting experience was that there were those in line waiting that were impatient & aggravated.
Which is of course so humiliating & a very sad state of civilization we find ourselves living in/under.
Now… the folks in line may have had an awful day and maybe were unaware of the pain they caused to your mother (at least I wish that was the case); but it might just be plain old cruelty & impatience from those waiting in a line for their turn.
I am in NO way excusing such mean speaking or lack of compassion but it’s so essential that everyone knows that the woman whom is there most days; would never ever (for very personal reasons even) make fun of someone struggling to communicate. And in fact even though she may have had a lot of pressure on her to move as fast as the woman whom was having w challenging time/communicating; I am certain it ssd not Denise/the woman taking care of the customers needs whom was hurtful or making fun of the woman struggling.
I feel so strongly that I want the daughter whom is reading this to know that the working woman there is a completely capable & extremely kind person.
If anything; I can imagine she went out of her way to make sure your mother felt respected, & also assuredly went above and beyond her needs to attend to your mothers needs..
I have been in the position of your mother (not at the store) but in my life and it’s really so upsetting and influences how we feel about our future even.
I just wanted to clarify that Denise is an exceptional and wonderful person .
She has made my life so much better because I can count on her abilities that I am awed by.
She has so many responsibilities to handle at once with pickups from UPS and Fed Ex mixed in with all the key codes & finding the least expensive way to send any package or envelope.
I am always expecting she will run out or steam but she does not and I’m staying with mailbox express as long as denise is in charge when she works there.
It’s appalling that people sometimes really forget the intense impact that they have and hurt another/others.
I just wanted to assure you i it was not Denise and she was upset by witnessing this cruelty too. I hope you will consider the potential of my understanding since she is such a kind, Intelligent & thoughtful person.
I was so upset when I saw how upset she was and how she couldn’t make it understood that she was not in anyway rushing your mother or making fun of Her.
Now I have to get an hour of sleep before my overnight delivery arrives.
I write this to clear up any misunderstandings because she/Denise is such a kind person & i for one; would be very disadvantaged if she was not my ‘go to’ contact person .
There is a little or big fan club of denise out in the world of those whom know her from the store.
I hope you will reevaluate the input I shared and consider that you may have just been momentsrily consumed by humiliation and it not always easy to know where such feelings are being Aimed from/./at.
I feel so grateful for willingness to help me and often
Go above and beyond the call or duty because she is built this way.

I've used this store for years to ship small things and they've always been helpful and nice. I recently started to move and found I needed to ship some belongings that wouldn't fit in my car. They were beyond helpful, even when I needed help shipping a very breakable vase! I highly recommend them in every way.

I’ve been to this location many times, and the staff there is always friendly and helpful. It beats the hell out of driving towards the post office on 29. That’s for sure.

Convenient place to drop off a variety of packages as well as get pricing info for all mail service carriers. The woman working is always knowledgeable in helping me select the best shipping method! Can also get in and out quickly as there is usually little wait.

I used to work at a store in the same shopping center and every month we have to mail off coupons from the previous month or almost any register or computer part that is replaced we have to send the defective one back. It was so nice having a place like this to be able to drop off stuff to go back instead of a phone menu or just to drop off the coupons to be mailed. I only remember one male employee but he was always nice and the store is bright and clean. I could just hand him the envelope (it was too wide for a regular outgoing mail slot) and I had no doubt it would be mailed out. While I was the one mailing off the coupons they always ended up getting to the right person in corporate otherwise we would have gotten an email stating that our coupons were not received.

I’m at a different location for the same store now and each time I get replacement parts in I wish there was a Mailbox Express in the shopping center I’m in instead of having to call the FedEx 800 number.

I’ve never used them for any printing (haven’t needed anything like that) but I’m sure they’re top notch. I do however highly recommend them for your shipping needs!!

Really grateful to Terry Brown, who was amazingly helpful on a recent visit. I was shipping four packages and needed boxes and economic shipping solutions. He provided great options and was very efficient, despite being very busy. I visit this store often to drop off packages and I keep coming back. They also have a great selection of greeting cards and other products. Highly recommend Mailbox Express!

My to go place for package drop-off. Always in and out within minutes and never had an issue with my package. Much better than the post office itself!

I went in to mail a package and the two employees working were extremely friendly and helped me figure out what I needed to ship my package successfully (I’m a noob at this). In contrast to previous reviews, both employees were properly masked and maintained adequate social distance throughout my visit. I will return to this store anytime I need to mail/ship anything!

I stopped in today during my lunch with some gifts I needed boxed up and shipped. The gentleman who helped me was really helpful and quick. He showed me my options for shipping and the costs for each. Great customer service! I couldn't be happier and will be back when I need to do more shipping.

The gentleman who helped me ship out my letter was incredibly kind and helpful! He helped me choose the right envelope and properly label the parcel I was shipping. I will definitely be returning here in the future!

After many months (years?) off spotty USPS service, I decided to start having my packages shipped here. What a difference! I cannot recommend them enough - great service, friendly staff, and they go the extra mile. I am happy to pay for peace of mind.

I have used mailbox express for shipping and printing in the past overall very satisfied with the experience, but this recent experience blew me away. My fiancée at the time ordered our blank wedding invitations from amazon. I referred her to mailbox express to print out the invitations. They were very helpful and arrange to print the cards for her. They called her back mentioning they could not print the text on the cards. They instead went out of their way and hand wrote over 50 invitations in a day. She was so happy and we will be now using them for all printing and shipping exclusively after this experience.

Wonderful customer service, and so helpful even just doing a drop-off. So convenient and now easily my go-to for packing and shipping! Highly recommended.

Went a few weeks ago to mail a package. The staff went above and beyond to package up my stuff. She even cut down the box to send it the cheapest. Great customer service!!

Awesome customer service!! I was trying to ship an item for return and was a bit confused. He answered my questions and I think I was in and out in less than five minutes! I will be back!

The guy was on the phone while I did service, however he was still quick and proficient. This place is extremely convenient for all of your shipping needs.
