Einstein Bros. Bagels

I believe our company ordered from here this morning for a large meeting we were having, and I just wanted to say that I am not a bagel person, but after this morning I am! I had a half of the Avocado Garden bagel (my favorite and will now go here for this item alone lol), and the other half was the turkey sausage/egg/cheese. Both were SO good!! There is actually an extra one of the avocado ones here in the fridge, that I am definitely taking home tonight!! Thank you so much!

Came in mid-morning on a Saturday, line was not long, service was a bit of a 7 min wait, but worth it for that Texas brisket sandwich! Delicious!

I ordered delivery & I picked The Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich. I chose the jalapeño and cheddar bagel. The beef portion was adequate for the size of the bagel. the egg was fresh and tender, fully cooked, with no option to be cooked to order. I normally order my sandwich eggs overeasy because I like the flavor and juiciness of runny egg yolk. This sandwich was perfect as is however. Fresh jalapeño slices were embedded into the melted cheese on the bagel, and provided a delightful warmth and flavor. I will order this exact combo again, a new favorite!

Some of the reviews date from when they were understaffed. Until early 2023, it was hard for all fast food places to find workers. Yet... since the start of March, 2023, lines have been short; service has been fast; and I've been there often. My orders have always been correct. I love the many choices of bagels (must be over 20 different kinds) and bagel sandwiches (at least a 10 different types). The people who work there are personable. 5 stars - reasonably priced.

Great bagels and sandwiches. Also, they do a great job with coffee. My best friend is going through chemo and this is the only place that she can taste anything. I don't know what magic they're working back there, but whatever it is, they should keep it up! The staff is overly friendly as well which is a nice touch.

My partner and I have been coming to this location for months and they are always nice and accommodating. Love the food we've gotten from them.

Them strawberry strudels are dangerous LOL. Love em. Next time I'll ask to see if they offer whipped cream for them. Great food. That hazelnut spread is also fire!

My first time to order using the app. I wish the price menu could be seen before putting items in the cart. If you decide you don't want something, I had to start all over. That was awkward. Otherwise, Einstein's is great. The Palatine location is quick, clean, and friendly!

The bagel and cream cheese flavors available are phenomenal. Its so nice to have a good bagel place close to home. They also have Caribou coffee here. Fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh apple cinnamon bagels, and french toast bagels with honey cream cheese...mmmmm. So good! The employees work hard and during rush times they get very busy. It would be nice if they would smile a bit more. Most customers havent had their coffee yet in the am, so take that into consideration. Your faces are the first we see in the mornings. Overall 5 stars for good service and spectacular foods.

I enjoy going to Einstein's every Sunday morning for a bagel. They have a great selection of fresh bagels and sandwiches. There are other delicious baked good, too. The staff is wonderful and very friendly.

I came here with a coupon that I didn’t realize was expired. They honored it anyway. Also, in the hour I spent here I heard a cashier engage with at least 4-5 customers BY NAME. That is way above and beyond what I would have expected.

Their brunch box is perfect to enjoy with the fam. On my own I love their Lox bagel and a hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar.

Best bagels around. The only place where I can get a really good cranberry bagel. I just wish there were more stores around. I know there used to be. Bring them BACK!!

I love eating here! Brandon at the counter was the most helpful! You could tell he really cares about his job! He deserves to work on the line.

very freindly staff always a go to place if I want a quick and delicious snack always good never have any problems with them.

Great place to grab some coffee and bagels. People are friendly and the atomsphere is fun. Has been a Saturday morning date place for my wife and I for the past year.
