I have to give a big thank you to Ryan who helped me today with a return. He was super helpful and patient as I found the items I wanted.

The store is found in Tanger Outlets in Myrtle Beach. It is deep in the outlets, but not too bad.

The store has a ton of selection and it's great for both genders. The whole staff here is friendly and they will help you out. I love the brand for their quality and now I love their store for their customer support.

Gavin was so helpful when we were looking for shoes for my wife. Awesome customer service from him!

Great place to get shoes at a great price. Also very knowledgeable staff and they won't bombard you to make a sale. Laid back and friendly atmosphere.

Great helpful staff!! Tami is awesome, I always buy several pair of shoes. Love my ASICS!! Although Tami will try to find the brightest colorful shoes for me because I generally only wear white, but she won't allow it lol

Associates on the floor were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They spent time answering questions about various sneakers and were really wonderful about helping find the right model for customers' differing needs.

Best shoes on the planet. You get what you pay for and they provide a decent product that last. Service was outstanding ask for mark! That young man went out of his way to make sure we were happy. It ain't cheap so bring your credit card...

Always stop by and check out the deals. Came away this time with 2 pairs of shoes. One was marked down about $20 but the best deal was a pair that was about 1/2 price from $130 to $65. Email always has deals they send; just sign up.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the different ASICS shoes.

I visited the Asics Myrtle Beach store today. I encountered Tami and Jared and discussed the fact that I did not have my orthotics and explained that I have high arches (thus the need for the orthotics). I routinely walk 5 miles on the beach and was looking for a shoe for my beach walks. Tami and Jared are very knowledgable about their shoes. We discussed pronation, plantar fasciitis and which shoe might be appropriate for my needs. It is rare to encounter such enthusiasm. I highly recommend the store because of the employees.

My sales person Susan was awesome. Very helpful and was very knowledgeable about product. Also what type of shoe I needed for my work situation. You should be proud of her as an employee. She represents your company well.

Originally went to a different store for shoes but the sizing didn't work out so I tried ASICS for the first time and was impressed. Prices are a bit high and I hate buy 1 get 1 half price sales as it forces a second pair and in this case I couldn't get the same shoe as it was a top end model and had to settle for a lower end shoe to get the discount. Service was good however the store wasn't busy, the service wouldn't be able to keep up if the store was busy as there was only 1 person working so I lucked out.

They honored a 90-day return policy, which was great. Kept me from having to reach out to corporate for a manufacturer issue. Was able to get a full refund.

Knowledgeable staff, great sales and bogos, outstanding quality products, shoes and clothes for all levels of sports and running. Absolutely the best ASICS store in South Carolina!
