I went to this location and Greyson Borra was nice enough to take my order and attend me at the window with no problem. He was nice enough to mention what wasn’t available at this Mcdonalds location before ordering as well. Thank you Greyson for going above and beyond. Great crew on this shift at this location.

I wish that when I ask for honey with my chicken nuggets I get honey. Nope, always want to give me honey mustard. Doesn't matter which McDonald's I go to, even in other states. I don't want or like honey mustard.
I also wish the french fries were hot all the time. Sometimes they are luke warm and just nasty tasting. I get that when they are slow, the fries sit there longer. They are only supposed to be there for 3 minutes until they are thrown away and a new basket made. That never happens though. Food waste is supposed to be low but throwing those fries away creates lots of food waste.

The morning crew are the best. The girl at the window, her name is Kristal, she is very kind and she is very fast. I hope she works there for a long time and one day she can be the boss.

I stopped by the other day to order a quick snack, and it was delicious 😋

Now that's how you fill a large fry! Excellent service from the big guy in the drive thru! Sorry i forgot his name but it was 9:30pm 8/30. Great customer service! That man deserves a reward!

I got here very frequently. It is the complete 1000 times better than the one down the street near the Walgreens or CVS.

Good service. Lady must've been having a rough day because she gave me some attitude. But its understandable, they were quite busy. But great job from rest of staff moving the line as fast as possible.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff and decent prices.

Best Mcdonalds I ever been to.

Of the 2 McDonald's in Southington this is my favorite. It is an independently owned franchise and it definitely shows. The food seems better and fresher. I don't care about the drive time this is always my go to when I am in the mood for nuggies.

Did mobile ordering and picked up at drive-thru. Perfect experience with very friendly staff!! The fries were the best I've had in 10 years from McD. Super hot, fresh and perfectly salted.

Decent hamburgers, but specify what you want on it, otherwise they'll put mustard on it. The McChicken isn't bad if you don't mind black peppers. The original McChicken sandwiches were the best.. Service was awesome, and fast...

I'm only giving this review on the McRib I was served, generous amount of sauce! Very good.

Good place too eat I Dont know why people say the food is cold because every time i have gone they give the freshest food and its very tasty. Also the service is great

I have of course been to many McDonald's but this is the first time I went to this particular one. It was the freshest burger I've ever had! Outstanding!

I got the classic. The chicken and the mcdouble. Both warm and fresh. Can't complain about that!

Perfect execution on order without buns, they also cleared a drive through line of 10 in very quickly.

Omg I would die for this place!!! It's so amazing!! All the workers are nice and the place looks amazing in and out. I love how kind everyone is and would never go to another McDonalds.
