I love love this Starbucks specifically because of SKY she is definitely the BEST
Sweet person always makes my coffee PERFECT every time she makes the start of my day amazing. It all starts with a great cup of coffee or latte and etc

Needed a coffee so stopped by with the friend of mine got my coffees quick and also the staff was friendly

I love Starbucks in general, but this location will have a special place in my heart from now on. They display art for local artists and I got to be one of them! It was a great way to make some local connections and I can't thank the staff enough for the opportunity!

We stopped today to grab coffee and food. Well managed, staffs are friendly.

Just as you'd expect from Starbucks. Unfortunately it seemed like some of our flavorings were not properly mixed, this location also makes me nervous to order food, I've never seen the prep area clean.
They did ask about adding whip cream with dairy alternatives ordered which is appreciated even if we didn't have any allergies or intolerances.

I work right next door at Denny’s so it’s a everyday must have.
I love this Starbucks!!! I live out of town but will always go out of my way to get coffee here. They’re so positive and welcoming.
I’ve yet to meet a cashier who showed any annoyance with taking my order. They’re always eager and so friendly. Really makes it welcoming and easy to try new things without the fear of annoying someone.
Everything’s clean and their cup selections is always stocked up with multiple design to choose from. My favorite part is the perfect drinks. Every single time I come it taste exactly like the time before. Never excited and then let down because it’s consistent. I could brag about this place for hours honestly so just get down there already.

It sometimes takes a little longer than I’d like to get my drink but they have online order and are doing the best they can with the staff they have and what they can humanly do

I always enjoy my Starbucks tea. Love their rewards program. Complimentary drink on your bday with rewards program.

Giving this Starbucks location a higher star rating than my other review due to the positive experiences I’ve had over the past few months. Way to go Starbucks! Thanks for the positive experiences lately and yummy drinks.

Stopped by today to get a drink and a few other things. This isn't my normal Starbucks that i go to, but i was in town and let me tell you the girls there are amazing! The supervisor on today was wonderful and able to help me out with everything i needed. Highly recommend this location to anyone! They know and understand exceptional customer service thank you so much ladies!

Was in car but my bro just came in to grab some drinks for the road. Amanda was absolutely phenomenal. He said he has been to many coffee shops and this one far exceeded his expectations in customer service. Good job. Next time in the area we will stop on in. Keep it up with good hired it causes this Starbucks to shine.

I would like to express appreciation for Sabrina, who served me on 8/21/2020. After stopping in regularly while traveling 84, I decided to ask if First Responders receive a discount (had my EMS ID on my keys that day). Without hesitation, she gave me her free drink for the day. As someone who is uncomfortable asking for favors, it was the right kind gesture for the moment. I will continue to be a customer of this location and hope the best for the crew their. Thank you and stay safe!

NO drive thru, and there likely never be one due to the postage stamp sized property. Although parking is not an issue. Bathrooms are currently closed due to Covid, which somewhat negates the convenience of being right off the highway. BUT, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic and my cold foam cold brew was on point!

Ordered through UberEats and they didn’t have the bagel I wanted. They still sent a different bagel and included a sweet note with a gift card! So nice!! Great customer service.

Lots of patience when you are going there for the 1st couple of time .Great place.

The lovely barista, Emily, was very polite. I asked for a drink recommendation and she gave me one that tasted just like a chocolate covered strawberry. Will be going back there again!! Loved her

We were stuck right outside this Starbucks in our semi truck after exiting the motel 6 after a blizzard the night before. The exit road to the street was not plowed but the entrance was clear, which made no sense.... Starbucks filled our 4 gallon jugs with streaming hot water to thaw the ice, a coffee, provided us with a shovel, and some ice melt. After some help from the Southington police, blocking traffic on queens st, we were able to break free and make it out. I would like to thank the employees of Starbucks for all the help and hospitality they provided us during this stressful time. With everything going on in the world today it was nice to see the ladies so willing to help in any way possible!! Again we thank you much!!!

After traveling to see my daughter, we stop to get a drink. My stomach wasn’t feeling good. The barista name Emily suggested a matcha frap for me. It was perfect, eased my stomach right a way. Emily was the sweetest, loveliest girl ever . Wish she work here I Iowa!
