Prime Steakhouse

Amazing restaurant, made reservations and we were seated as we arrived. The staff greeted us with smiles and salutations. We both chose surf and turf. The steak was perfect and the lobster was locally caught. Ceasar salads, brussel sprouts and a baked potato rounded out our meal. Our server; Ares, was on point with answers and suggestions he even took care of the birthday presentation of bananna nut bread pudding and the whole section in the restaurant got involved with the birthday song!

We made reservations for Prime Steakhouse for our last night in Key West and it did not disappoint. First and foremost our server Pavel from Czech was awesome. He made our last evening a blast. Our steak was cooked perfectly the chicken was amazing. The wedge salad was delicious the side dishes “sautéed spinach, baked potato and Mac and smoked Gouda with truffles” Devine. The martinis 🍸 were perfection and the wine complimented the meal perfectly. The finishing touch a belated birthday lava cake. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

My husband and I went on a date night here for our honeymoon. It was a 10/10 experience. Our server was so amazing. He always was making sure we were taken care of. It was just all around an amazing atmosphere and I hope to return here again in the future!!!

What a great place! All around great experiment! Be sure to ask for Phillip - he is as our bartender and server as we sat at a high top in the bar area. Great martinis. Delicious stone carb followed with surf and turf and finished with the banana nut bread pudding! Can’t wait to go back on our next trip to Key West!

Prime 951 is a luxurious destination for steak and seafood. The ambiance, whether you choose outdoor or indoor seating, is truly pleasant and enhances the overall dining experience.

I had a phenomenal experience. My server was Ales and I appreciate his excellent service. My husband felt sick in the middle of the meal and everyone was very friendly and helpful in everything. I would like to have more photos of what I ate but since my husband wasn't feeling well I didn't take them. 100% recommended, excellent food and excellent service🙏

My server Pavel was very attentive and pleasant. Best crab cake I ever ate in my life and I done had had my share of crab cakes including chick & Ruth in MD. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection! The max and cheese was different due to a Smokey flavor. The conch chowder was alright. Wish there was larger pieces of conch and I was expecting New England style. The bread and whipped honey butter was awesome. The mashed potatoes was plain. The creamed spinach was perfect. Best key lime pie I ever ate. Best birthday dinner I ever had! Definitely will be back if I’m ever in Key West again!

Phenomenal! The food, service, total experience - everything was amazing. We made reservations and they promptly seated us on time. We had a party of 4 and ordered an assortment of items for appetizers, meals with sides, desserts and drinks. Literally everything I put in my mouth as 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Top notch. Wait staff friendly. Good amazing. Cooked to perfection. Easily shareable sides. Large portions. Beautiful presentation. Accomodating to dietary restrictions. Not so easy to find...must walk past pool up stairs

Enjoyed dinner here for my big 30th birthday. Sucks how the steaks do not come with sides but was amazing! Spent about $200 on 2 steaks and 2 sides. Moses was our server and he was amazing!!!

Prime 951 is one of Key West's best restaurants. My wife and I ate here right after we got engaged in 2021 and it was a very pleasant and romantic experience. I highly recommend you check it out for yourself because my pictures do not do it justice!

I've been to the Key West prime twice now, once in December and then again in May. The food was AMAZING and served in a timely manner. Our servers made the experience next level and both nights became evenings to remember. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to dine at such a great establishment and look forward to the next outing that includes Prime Steakhouse.

Last night in KW was fantastic due to dinner here. Joel was so attentive and kind. Food was fantastic. I had the pasta du jour, creamy shrimp pesto papparadelle (sp?), loves it
Rest of our party enjoyed their ribeyes and chicken.

Moses is a professional server! Ask for him! Wife and I enjoyed our 35th anniversary dinner! Steaks were cooked to perfection and Moses was spot on for wine recommendations. Thank you all! Our best meal this week, by far, in Key West! Oh, try the Mac and smoked Gouda!!!! Thank me later!

This was the most exceptional meal we had the whole time in Key West! It was SUPERB! Staff was friendly and knowledge as well.

Enjoyed the experience and would go again. Our server recommended some excellent wine. I had the special which was red snapper with asparagus and enjoyed it very much. My wife had filet and it was undercooked a little which they quickly fixed and the server assured us the kitchen staff would not spit in it. We also had the Mac N cheese for a side and the texture and taste was incredible.

Everything about Prime Steak House was spot on. Steaks cooked perfectly. Oreo martini was delicious. Loved this place. I’ll definitely go back.

Service was exquisite.
Food was outstanding.

I was a bit let down by the Snowy Grouper (catch of the day) but all our drinks, Rockefeller Oysters, additional Lobster Tails were just unbeatable. Hubby's filet mignon was out-of-this-world!!!

We celebrated our 13th anniversary here with our 4 kids 😆. The staff was accommodating and the food was really good. But, there is one stand out that we are still talking about...the Mac & Cheese with smoked gouda is SPECTACULAR! If you only order one thing, please, please, make this that thing! 🙏

It's mommy daughter vacation time. Today we decided to try the local steakhouse and let me tell you Prime Steakhouse ($$) did not disappoint 👏🏽 🙌 😋
My daughter tried the filet mignon (16 oz bone in) and I had the ribeye(16 oz) our sides were the mac & cheese with penne pasta and the broccoli with cheese sauce a bread crumbs. We also enjoyed the espresso and chocolate martinis.

The steaks were cooked (medium) to perfection, well seasoned and melt in your mouth delicious. Dessert was a bowl of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream, carmel drizzle and cherries for my daughter, and the banana nut bread bread pudding with the same vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and carmel sauce drizzle. Let me just say that I was very happy that I left room for dessert😋😋😋😋

Our server Moses was absolutely AMAZING 👏🏽 😍 , with his big smile, welcoming demeanor and attention to detail. I would definitely return.
