So I love Canes as almost as Chick fa la. But this day they were training a new guy and I'm not sure if he has special needs but the attitude attached with his customer service skills were a little harsh. But my order was not wrong so all is well.

Overall, the food is good. Love the French fries. Not many places still do crinkle cuts, so kudos. I know the sauce is signature, but maybe we could get a Cajun sauce!?

Canes never disappoints no matter what state I am passing thr - Food always comes out hot and fresh - I ordered the 3 finger combo which comes w fries bread sauce and a drink and it is the perfect size for myself - The swt tea is one of my favorites and love the ice - this location had friendly staff and was very clean -

Never been or heard of this place and plus there's NOT one of these in Memphis TN. So decide to check them out on my way back to my hotel from work. The manager was so polite and gave me suggestions since it was my 1st time visiting but there's not much to choose from nothing but chicken tenders 🤔was all I saw but they're cooked to order. Soooooo everything is super fresh and 🔥!!! Great place and this place in Shreveport was open late night and also dinning room was open as well. So check it out if ur Louisiana area or any of there's locations ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

Stopped in on Christmas Eve on the way out of state. Received food quickly. Only ordered fries which were warm but old. Disappointed because I know how good Cane's fries are.

As usual, Canes came through with hot delicious chicken straps and that wonderful sauce which many have tried unsuccessfully to duplicate but failed. Me included, I have a version of it that involves a dab of siracha, mayo, and ketchup..I to have failed.

We live in Marshall, TX but go to this location because the people and food are better. Whether dine in or pick-up. So much nicer. So thank you.

This is the third Raising Cane’s I visit and I always have a good experience with cleanliness, great customer service, and great food! Never disappoints.

Busy but tables were constantly being cleaned as I ate and others finished up. Food was made fresh and good for chicken strips.

This Raising Canes location is always excellent, but I'm kind of funny about fries...I like them REALLY well done. This visit, they nailed fry perfection. 🤌 The young man that took our order went out of his way to ensure I got my crispy fries, and it absolutely made my day.

The service at this Cane's was super fast! The workers were friendly and took orders efficiently. Our food came out right after we ordered. Clean bathrooms and overall great fast food stop.

This is hands down the best chicken fingers in the business, I believe in going to specialty restaurants when I want to eat something in particular & this is the best nothing else

Came through as the DD with a car full of loud friends with a long order. Cashier took our order first try, it was fast service, and correct. 10/10 for the night shift working about an hour ago :)
