McDonald's

The service was very fast, our food was exactly as ordered, and my hot mocha was phenomenal. Tasted like something you might get at Dunkin’ Donuts. Couldn’t be happier with it. We frequent this McDonald’s regularly and our food is always as ordered. Their cold espresso drinks are made wrong 100% of the time though, I must admit but since I’ve switch to their hot espresso, my drinks have been perfect.

McDonald's in Waskom they was short staff people was in line waiting to order took 5 to 10 minutes then took about 15 minutes to get our order

This McDonald's really does have the best employees. They are so efficient. You don't have to wait long. They're always smiling. I just want to say thank you. You Always make my day and it has truck parking

Clean and quick. Take advantage of the promotion offer on your receipt while it lasts.

I had a horrible experience here last week. The cook got my order wrong. When I went in to get it corrected, the cook argued with me! He yelled a profanity as he was walking away. The manager remade my burger. I notified the management group over this restaurant through the app feedback. I got a response but this is the same management group that are such failures in Marshall. I have not been back to the location and am a bit reluctant to go back. It is a shame because I was eating there at least 3 days a week.
Wonder if they know they lost a good customer. Wonder if they care.

I like this location much better than the ones in Marshall. This location seems to be managed well and the staff will correct mistakes and they will sincerely apologize if they make a mistake. The folks in Marshall will do none of these.

Since I had Covid19 in July 2020, my taste has not been the same/fully returned, but the Big Mac I ordered was delicious. I could taste its goodness.

Very friendly crew....they were very prompt on taking my order & getting my food & drink to me quickly. Will be going back.... & Will also recommend them to family & friends.👍😊😉

Absolute worst service at any McDonald's from Texas to Louisiana. Placed an online order and it took 28 minutes of sitting in the drive thru waiting on our order. They made our drinks and wouldn't hand them out allowing them to water down before.. the lady in the drive thru could not multi task ..

Update: management on 2/26/22 8:19pm is the best. Service has gotten faster and they make the best Fraps now

The staff here is amazing. My husband, myself, and our two small children stopped here on a road trip. Pam helped us and wouldn't let us clean up after ourselves. She insisted she do it. We also encountered two other employees who were just as nice and attentive. My only wish is for a changing table to be added to the restrooms, but this location is attached to a gas station so maybe the lack of one had something to do with that. This location is way better than the ones in Dallas, where we live.

In Waskom Tx A young man Jamey Richardson sweet guy , nice pleasant voice works the register always super friendly you will want to know him and look forward to his face after ordering

Best quarter pounder deluxe ever

Always greeted by friendly faces, sometimes the food takes a bit(mostly cause I order things that are"special made"). Definitely would recommend for a quick bite while on the road.

The manager at night (male) and the employee stormie who usually works the speaker are beyond perfect if I ran a store I would steal them and pay them whatever they asked . Workers like that are nearly extinct . Who cares about the food when ur treated with such greatness at a Mickey D's

Went through the drive thru. Quick service and friendly staff. Food was warm and didn't taste like it had been under heating lamps for three days to be kept warm either.

The service was very pleasant.... Sweet girl!! Very fast, with the shakes!!! The place looked new!!!

Drive thru was quick and easy to order. Staff was polite and breakfast sandwiches and hash browns were good.

We went so the kids could play in on the slide. They had fun..

Workers were cheerful and helpful, telling us their in dining was closed, but that we could use the drive through, which saved us from walking to the front entrance.

They are always busy, but our food is always hot and fresh!!! Way to go our Marshall McDonald's, ya'll get 5 🌟to 💕
