Had the best experience at Windham T Mobile, I have never had such an experienced and patient sales associate as Holly. She greeted us with a smile, answered all our questions then helped us with a new plan and new phones. She was super knowledgeable and had an answer for everything. We walked in with S7 and all said and done we had brand new S24's when we walked out. We are both very happy with our new phones and the courtesy we were shown, as it is a long process. Bryant was extremely helpful with my complications with switching phone providers. I thought I was going to lose my phone number but he was able to come up with a very clever solution. Bryant was my holiday hero!

I switched from ATT to T-Mobile. Bryant made the process easy, explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. He was clear, relaxed, and efficient. Painless.

I cannot thank the team at This T Mobile store enough for their OVER THE TOP helpfulness and courtesy!! My girlfriend & I came in at 6 to set buy and set up 2 phones on a new plan. Unfortunately we ran into several snags (not the fault of the store team). Celeste and Evynn would not leave until we were set up properly and everything worked. We ended up at the store until 9:30PM!!! That's an hour and a half past their closing time!!! They were AMAZING and helped us with everything! This is the type of customer service that needs to be appreciated on a different level and I hope they both get a raise for their outstanding work ethic. They were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful (I have never used T Mobile before). I will definitely be coming back to this store in particular for all my phone needs.

ALSO, Dylan was extremely helpful with helping me pick out a phone the day before. He knew his tech very well and helped me decide what features and model phone I needed. He even pointed me in the right direction for screen repair at a local shop (which was once again, the best repair service I ever had right down the street).

Thank you, thank you, thank you guys!! Cannot thank Celeste, Dylan, and Evynn enough! You saved out butts! We will be back!!!

I came in today for some help setting up my new phone. Both Celeste and Evynn were very helpful assisting me. I was especially impressed with Celeste and the way she handled an extremely rude and arrogant customer that came in slightly after I did. She’s an example of how to handle oneself when life throws you curveballs. The man was down right degrading and on a power trip and she remained patient and kind even though I can tell she was very overwhelmed and flustered. Workers like her are important to maintain a company’s integrity! I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile member for over 5 years and I’ve always had amazing customer service and like I said especially impressed with how the windham t mobile employees handled themselves today.

On October 26,2023, I had the pleasure of having Jacob K. assist me with an issue concerning my inability to forward a voice mail transcript to my lawyer. Jacob was unbelievably patient helping ne to accomplish this task. He even spent his valuable time allowing me to write down all the directions in case I needed to do it by myself at a later date. I hope you can acknowledge this young man's efforts in providing exceptional customer service.

We recently switched from Straight Talk. We were able to bring our own phones and keep our numbers! They were very helpful and it didn’t take any longer than 10 minutes! They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable on plans and phone for future wants. I highly recommend!

I visited the Windham ME store today to return 3 phones 3 chargers 2 Sim cards a tablet and get a refund for everything I was charged for. Mind you I did not purchase any of these things in this store I made the purchase in the mall of nh in Manchester and the rep there not only messed everything up he sold us service that does not work where we live. Austin and River from the Windham ME store are amazing they were kind and polite and knew what they were doing they answered all my questions they did not fight or argue with me they even waived the restalking fee for me because they felt I should not have to drive the 3 hrs back to Manchester because of the other reps mistake. They apologized for the other rep they were just so great best employees ever!

Very friendly and helpful staff! One of the few actual T-Mobile stores in the area. The rest are not run by T-Mobile.

The team of employees at this store are top notch! Ben was super helpful, professional and beyond patient, my wife and I can't thank you all enough for the stellar service!!!

We switched to T Mobile. The transfer was painful from Verizon on the part of both vendors. Neither were helpful. Neither are customer centric.
