They LOAD THIS ISH UP and they are the best dunkin around me, out of auburn Lewiston and gray locations. Consistent, friendly, fast.

Never had any issues with my orders here. So far I usually run into a service team with excellent energy & attitudes. Only thing I would comment on is I hung out in the sitting area to get some work done and man was it mad chilly.

Absolutely love the Windham Dunkin. They know how to make great drinks and food. Compared to other dunkins I've gone to , this one is the best.

The customer service team working on Sunday, 07/16/23 was absolutely amazing in Windham, ME. The young man who took our order didn't sound annoyed, he helped answer some questions, he walked us through our order. Then we pull up to pick up our order, and the young woman, also super friendly and made some friendly jokes and small talk while our order was paid for and distributed inside our car. Well done everyone!! I hope corporate sees this. Customer service sux in some places, but this team really rocked it.

I love coffee ! And every time I go here it's always great! But today may 30 at 830 am was amazing! I got the frozen mocha coffee and the lady at the counter made it look so pretty and it tast amazing ! I had a rough start to the day and it really changed my mood this morning! So thank you so much for making my coffee this morning I appreciate more then you know! God bless!s

BEST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! They were on it, great communication between the workers, food was great and hot, drinks were correct! Everyone was friendly! Amazing work, great job everyone! I’m sad I didn’t get the workers names, but they need to come down to Florida and show them how a Dunkin works!

Always good coffee. Service continues to get better. Love the sourdough breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage!

I’m editing my review and putting it back to 5 stars because an employee named Dylan was very kind and quick to address my issues and has completely fixed the problem to where I can now get my coffee when I need it. My husband and I appreciate you Dylan.

I usually love this location, and left a great review before. I sadly had to delete my good review due to the night manger, Chris.
I order the same thing almost every night at about the same time, 2 frozen coffees, and for over a year it has never been a problem until now.
My husband and I came to this location about a week ago, 20 minutes before they closed and asked for 2 frozen coffees, Chris said it’s their new “policy” that they can’t make frozen coffees 20 minutes before closing, okay that’s weird, but whatever we will come earlier.
Last night, we came 25 minutes before closing and I’m assuming Chris wasn’t there because they made our frozen coffees no problem.
So tonight we come 30 minutes before closing time and CHRIS says he can’t make them THIRTY minutes before closing. Like dude you said 20 minutes before, now it’s 30 minutes? Plus the other employees literally made them last night no problem.
We also heard him tell another customer behind us in the drive-thru that they can’t make lattes either.
This is ridiculous and just plain laziness.
I will be contacting the district manager because he’s turning money away from this business because he’s too lazy to make people’s drinks.

7:30am 1/22/23. Rock star staff today. Customer service was outstanding! From the speaker to the window we got pleasant and polite humans. Especially the sweat heart at the window went above n beyond when I asked for an extra cup. I usually avoid this dunkin from the last experience BUT. TODAY! WOW. The eggs were fluffy n the donut too. Keep this crew! Dream team.

They're awesome here so quick to give you what you need. If they make a mistake, they're quick to fix it.

This Dunkin actually made my food in a timely manner and correctly. The bacon came out edible and the iced coffee had the correct number of flavor swirl pumps. You may think that’s easy to do but unfortunately it’s not. I sometimes order two flavors and they don’t always get it right. This Dunkin also has a decent amount of room for the drive thru. Very close to major route.

Got a delicious iced coffee and my choc glazed with sprinkles donut was so fresh I was very pleased! I would love to see butter pecan flavor to come back, it's still on the sign? Thanks!

Long line at drive thru but it went very fast. Employees were efficient and friendly. Coffee was made exactly how I asked, very happy with this location!

Drive thru only right now but it was quick and accurate. Only negative was we didn't get napkins. I guess you have to ask for them 😜

This Dunkin is the best around. The manager and staff are top notch. There's one young blonde lady that is super sweet and delivers great customer service!
