I visited the Paint Department today, looking for the regulation red/white/blue shades to paint a wooden USA flag that my husband is making. Diego was not only friendly and kind, he was efficient and researched and found the correct colors! Cudos to Diego!!!

Stopped in to pick up a few things. Had difficulty finding a particular item. Clerk helped to find what I was after.

Leroy was such an amazing help with our shower door. My husband had very specific requests and Leroy was able to find a shower to fit our needs and made sure that we were comfortable to install. A very kind and professional man who helped make our bathroom perfect. Thank you!!!!

If you are thinking of kitchen countertop update see Tony George at Windham Lowes. Replaced mine with solid surface almost a year ago and I don't see how I could be any happier. Wallingford countertops did the measuring and install and they were the best; professional and following up after the install when I had questions. Highly recommend Lowes for this project. Thanks Tony and all at Wallingford!

Brought an appliance that a dent in it. My wife addressed this with Lowe’s and they offered to replace it. My wife decided she could live with the blemish and they compensated her for the dent. Happy wife happy life. Thank you for the veterans discount

While this may be a time sensitive review, Lowe's was very well stocked against current trends. We found a storage solution for our wardrobe. If you're looking for bedroom furniture, you might be surprised.

Super helpful and friendly. The person in the tile dept went out of his way to help us find the right tile,grout color and other supplies. In the lumber dept 2 employers were more than happy to help lift large plywood slabs to find just the right one for our kitchen remodel. Thank you Lowes for great customer service. Not unnoticed and greatly appreciated.

Excellent customer service from Sean when we called. Excellent customer service from Jason at the store. A great experience at the North Windham location. I can't say the same for their Augusta store.

We all appreciate great customer service and honestly it is not easily found in the box stores at times. However, if you ever need someone to go "above and beyond the call" then seek out Greg in lumber. I recently dealt with him regarding a tool I purchased as a special order. Look..... the man is in lumber but that did not deter him from making a sale and helping me through all the hoops to order this tool.

I've been in retail 8 years in the past, 30 yrs in the building industry and have my own business of 12 years and I recognize quality service when I experience it. Greg is excellent. Nice job Greg! Nice job.
