Good and cheap prices for the services they offer. Good number of staff - so less waiting times. Custom hair cutting settings they honor. Both Bollywood styles and all trending Indian styled they have capacity to meet I believe . Overall it’s works for our entire family.

I just got my haircut from this salon and I personally believe that Bombay Salon and Spa is the best Indian owned Salon in entire Dallas,TX as their services are very satisfying and prices are very affordable. I recommend you getting your haircut and hair oil massage from them. Good day:)

This salon is the best. The staff is always pleasant and kind. Patty is sweet and does such a good job on cutting my sons hair. I told patty just once how I liked my sons and now she always cuts his nicely.

What was a beautiful morning, turned into a relaxing day too. It’s very rare that I wrote reviews on Google but I feel this was something I need to share. I was at Bombay Salon for a waxing and facial service. The place was clean and the environment was friendly. The facial was the best I had in a while, thanks to Rimple. I very much recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a decent service at a reasonable price. I will definitely visit again.

Booking an appointment was easy on the phone. The owner was very friendly and suggested me good services they have for my requirements. RITHIKA is the person who did the facial and hair spa for me, she was very good. will definitely recommend her and the place.

I go here since last few years, although there are few bad reviews given by some people, I would 100% recommend them. Go get ur waxing, threading, haircut done there and you will thank me later.

10 on 10 for service. Good atmosphere. Nice people. Good rate as well. What else you need...?? Hair cut experience like Indian Saloon??? Little difficult but in comparison of Texas's other saloon it's not bad. Full points for their dedication level. They trying their Best.

Honestly, I am a pain in behind customer. I don't let just anyone touch my hair or mess with my skin. Also, a bad eyebrow will give me 2 bad weeks. Super picky. They do exactly what you want and they are nice about it. My haircut gets complimented every time (no joke) and also they design your eyebrow shape that goes with perfectly your face( Doesn't make it too steep or too straight, or scary).. a perfect curve that highlights your eyes. If you are picky like me...just communicate... go there and you will get exactly what you want or a dang good suggestion of what goes well with you. Love it. Busy schedule, I don't waste my time writing reviews unless I believe it's an A+.

I have been coming here regularly for past 1.5 years for threading/waxing and facial services. I am very pleased with their thoroughness and quality of work. They are always very welcoming/friendly and accommodating to what I need. Been to another salon in the area and would definitely recommend this one.

This place is too good and clean, Service is excellent. Team is very Friendly and very helpful and lot of patience. I did my eyebrows , leg and full hand waxing. They use cotton cloth for waving which i felt less irritation than the tissue type ones. Wax is also not so thick , overral i felt less painful compare to other places. Girls did a wonderful and clean job.I will definitely be making this my go to place for any beauty treatments and I would not hesitate to recommend this Spa to anyone! Thank you !

I had to come back on here after reading some of the reviews. This is my 4th time getting my hair cut & dye & head massage all for $25!?!? It’s normally $50-70 anywhere else just for cut & dye! This place is a very convenient a friendly place..I personally think what the problem is on the low reviews is simple..it’s traditional Indian customers who expect the world for a basic $10 hair cut! If you want to get pampered go to a high end Salon an paid for that! Obviously they don’t want to pay! An the ones giving the bad reviews are cheapos! They expect world class treatment for $10!

Got a haircut at this place and they did an amazing job. Staff was very welcoming and provided great customer service. Listened to exactly what I wanted.
Took my 3 year old son for a haircut the next day and they did an amazing job on him too.
Will definitely be going back here for their other services
