This brand makes products amazingly appealing. Every item is inviting. Fragrances are enticing. The staff is eager to help and answer questions. It's like the Apple visual designers met with fragrance creators and produced the look and inviting language.

I frequent this location relatively often. It is always well presented but I especially love the new look, including the beautiful backdrop behind the checkout area. Jade was very helpful in assisting me with my pickup order and a couple of candles I purchased in store. Thanks Jade!

Stop to buy the plug in air freshener
For our home that is normally lately fill with Tennagers playing out side than after that they come in sweaty and the plug in helps a whole lot
Also we buy here the antibacterial hand lotion ,Great fragrance very many aromas
And addition to that their employees are really nice and professional
I recommend this location to Family and public in general

I was able to go in and get what I was looking for and even found the BEST candle that was gone for a while, PARIS COFFEE!

LOVE this store!!! This LOCATION specifically🥰. I forgot HIS NAME (gay guy - I'm sorry I forgot your name🥴), He was FABULOUS!!! I was searching for Strawberry Pound Cake and we were talking about it. He was asking me questions. But before we even got to that point, he was very cordial and asking me if I needed anything! I Loved that he did that😍😍😍!!! And I was shopping, looking around. And when I went to pay, the cashier was cordial too🥰. This store was the best!!! I stopped by this place because I made an online order and it was the only place I could pick up. And I don't live around this area. I'm more South as in Downtown Dallas South. I had a great experience today. Thank you guys😘🥰😍.

Sale, sale, sale! There is so much on sale right before Mother's Day! Went for the hand soap sale and going back to do Mother's Day Shopping! Shelves work stocked well, samples available to smell and lots of samples to try at the sink. Very helpful Associates! Line moved steadily for a weekend; 3 people on registers.

Such a wonderful place to shop. Employees love their job. They greet you with a smile when you arrive, when they ring up your purchase and when you're leaving. They are a model company where customer service always comes first. The products look good, smell good and at the right price, I love this place.

Came in for the mother's day weekend sale. Considering how busy they get during this time, the entire store was well organized. Everything was easy to find. Staff was courteous as always. Greeted, and handed a bag upon entering. I was in and out under 10 minutes.

Let me first thank God for blessing me to live to see a brand new day. I know I never would have made it without God. I'm not going to never stop praising his name. He blessed me to be able to go to different places that I enjoy shopping time to time. I hope you feel the same way that I do. Well I stopped at Bath & Body Works in Irving off of MacArthur. When I first visit this store in this location they was remodeling the other building. I was in the temporarily building and then the building that they reopen was very nice and also had some really neat sales going on at the time. We always have sales and the prices is well pleasing to us. And the hand soap that they have they made very good gifts you can't go wrong buying those because they are needed especially in these days of time and don't forget the hand sanitizers they have scented ones please try them. You pretty much know where I'm going with my experience at Bath & Body Works I'm just so satisfied customer and I just can't help myself especially at the girly stores. Customer service is excellent. The product is well well pleasing to me. The prices of the merchandise is worth it. I am telling you my experience at this location was very satisfied and I will return in the near future. If you have never bought any hand soaps you need to try them you will be so happy that you did. I did not experience no problems and also I would like to thank the staff I am thanking everyone for the hard work that y'all do time to time make it the store looks so beautiful to us customers and also being well-stocked. Sales person was quick to help! And even though I had a minor issue with getting something shipped to me they were quick to help me out. Everyone was kind and friendly, ready to help with finding anything, questions or any issues!

The staff was friendly and helpful. And showcased the new scents. The manager was so helpful in showing me how to sign up and use the app.

This store is extremely organized and the staff has great customer service. I came here for the candles to find out that I can order online and pickup in the store. I ended up ordering more candles online and picking up in the store and it was super fast.

The staff is always pleasant and eager to help! Abril (not April) was so patient in letting us know all the sales going on. She did not know we had our coupons ahead of time, but was still generous enough to tell us how to download it. This particular location is quite small, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back! Thank you B&BW

Still my favorite location! They had a table of 75% off that I may or may not have visited a few times! And the associates are so helpful. One kept bringing me candles, trying to find exactly what I was looking for.
