What to say about the USPS office on Conroy Windermere?

Several attendants were working and were kind and they answer all your questions and even give suggestions. There were social distancing markings on the floor and masks were enforced. The parking spaces are plenty and the place is very clean. It does need some paint job attention, as well as some ceiling tiles need to be changed, but overall it's good and convenient.

Great Service, friendly people and excellent hours. They had everything I needed. Love the self service area! Very Clean. Close to an area where you can go and eat afterwards.

Kind and patient.

And FYI, if you don’t want the envelope folded you have to pay/package it appropriately. Writing “do not bend” with the wrong packaging to save money is not the carriers fault.

Absolutely insane how there was no line. What’s even better was the 2 workers were SMILING! Yes! Smiling!!! Ken helped me and was very very nice and pleasant. For a moment I felt like maybe I got into a car wreck at the intersection. Because I’ve NEVER had such a great experience at a post office in my life.

I have been at this office about 4 or 5 times within 18 months and I have received an excellent service. KEN is very helpful and courteous. It is becoming a customary practice that most of the people that get upset for service, immediately write reviews. I wish the people that get good service also write reviews then I am sure, we will have an endless list of good reviews about this office.

Today was busy and the line was long but once I got to the front I was treated so kindly. Ralph helped me to repackage what I was sending for half the price of what it was originally going to be! Ralph was kind and friendly, even though things were hectic and busy. Thank you for your help and for your kindness. You really made my day!

I love the Windermere post office! There are only two guys that work the front counter that are absolutely spectacular. One is a young guy with a thick beard named Jesse. The other one is Ken. I have waited in line when it was out the door and as long as these two guys are working the wait time is about five minutes. Jessie and Ken go out of their way every single day and provide exceptional service!!!

This post office is usually busy so be prepared to wait a little. The employees are focused and try to keep people moving (in my opinion). The self help machine is usually working which, based in visiting other offices, is unusual.

I've never been so well served in a USPS office as this one. Fast lines, very good attendees. Full respect for the bald guy that always help me out with my messy stuff!

I will go out of my way to go to this post office. I ALWAYS get helpful and courteous service. I have to send things to APO for my son and I always get confused on the customs forms. Of all those working at Windermere, Ralph is my favorite. He has always been so kind to me. I even wrote to the national post office general and told how great an employee Ralph is and I hope he got the recognition he deserves. He knows i live in 32819 which is further away from my house, and I told him what a JOY it is to come to a post office with people that CARE as OPPOSED to 32819 [Turkey Lake], where people just show up to get paid for doing as little as possible, and as rudely as possible I pray that one day our zip code is re-zoned to Windermere! Thanks, RALPH! You are ALWAYS just a bright spot in my day at the post office Windermere.

I went to this location last night as they're open until 6:30. I needed to send a package Priority mail. When I arrived Ken asked if he could help me. He walked me through the entire process...quick and easy with his help. Ken - you were awesome, thank you!

I'll be the first to tell you I hate the post office, but a week before the holidays with the line out the door... 5 people working at 5 available windows! For the post office to be operating with a full staff to keep the line moving, that deserves an award.

This Post Office is convenient and safely located Between Isleworth and Chase Bank. Close to La Fitness, Walgreens, CVS, Publix, Walmart Neighborhood, Panera Bread, Dental Office, Dry Cleaning, spas, etc...Surrounded by shady peaceful trees and easy parking. This is a better option than the Turkey Lake USPS, where I had the worst costumers service experience ever. Is worth it to go out of my way to this location where I had Heavenly Costumer Service.

The staff has always been very helpful to me- regardless if I am shipping for our business or personal packages.

I have had hood experience with most of the Post Office I have visited but the service in this particular office is EXCEPCIONAL. Ken is the best, knowledgeable, attentive, and very kind, he deserves a promotion.
