Extremely wonderful experience. They were able to accommodate a last-minute catering request and were extremely helpful and kind and caring. The food turned out amazing and I am really glad that I chose this particular location to help cater the event.

Initially I almost walked out cause of previous reviews. However Food was just like other iHops. Only about two servers around 3pm, But they were very attentive. Don’t be a rude client cause someone’s English is not perfect, América runs of immigrant ancestry. 🇺🇸

Had a good time there. The food was good. We came back again the next day for take out. The place was pretty clean, considering they were pretty busy the first time we went. The waitress was very nice and made sure we were treated well. My only complaint was that the parking lot wasn't easy to get to from the road. You get there in a roundabout way (Being nitpicky).

One of the best omelets that I've had in awhile. Robert was the only server working tonight when we were there and he did an amazing job. He was even doing most of the cooking as well as waiting on the tables and customers.

Really nice place, very clean in every way. The most pristine restrooms that I've been in my stay at Orlando by far. Michelle and the lady that gave me and my grandma a seat were very nice such as everyone in the restaurant. The food was as good as it can get, I really recommend this place.

After a day in the parks we just wanted breakfast for dinner - late dinner. Pulling in it was rather "lonely" looking. We asked some people outside the door if it was opened - she laughed and said 24 hours dear. We parked and the trolley driver mentioned there was only one person there so ..... Robert came up and sat us quite quickly and yes -- he was the server AND cook. This man was so quick on things, not frazzled and just all around great. We were thrilled when help did arrive for him and the food was EXCELLENT! The property was clean and the food was great and the service..... TOP NOTCH EXCELLENT!!! Kudo's to the team at this property that evening -- what a great work ethic!!!

We came In around 11:25am on a Sunday morning so wait was advised to be 45 min and we waited 40 minutes which was no problem. Emma attended us and sat us at our table she was awesome
And handled the front great given there was over 20 people coming and going for
Doordash, to be seated and whatnot. We were then served by Jamie and he gave 100% customer service (very attentive). Our meal tasted great and was quick to come the table! Def going back to

Norma was amazing, friendly and attentive to our needs. She ensured my kids got exactly wanted they wanted, and they can be picky eaters!

Bathrooms and the overall location were clean. Will go to this location again when I visit Orlando! Keep up the great work.

I ordered new york cheesecake pancakes which so yummy and topped with strawberries and whipped cream which enhanced the flavours.
Service was pretty good.
Next, i customised my plate with hash brown and one sunny side up egg as both as my favourites.

We came here after HHN, and we were very impressed with the service. Honestly, it is the best IHOP we have been to in some time. Quick service, friendly staff, and the food was made properly to our order.

Had banana strawberries pancakes were delicious with extra maple syrup with amazing chicken quesadillas in their appetizer menu great late dinner meal

It was a great experience! It was very convenient located almost beside our hotel, price was fair and menu had lots of options to choose from.
The service was friendly and efficient, coffee was bold the way I like and tasty, food portions were well served and tasted delicious! We have the churros pancakes and was to die for!
It was so good, that Before leaving town, we returned for another great brunch experience here. I highly recommend this location.

We visited from out of town and had an amazing experience at this location. The server Stephen was great and went above and beyond for us. The entire staff exemplified what true customer service is. When visiting here, ask for Stephen!!! You’ll have a great experience as well.
