Best mail center - has everything you need. The family runs it so you feel at home when there! Key cutting, all mail services, private mail boxes, copy/printing etc FANTASTIC SERVICE ALWAYS!!

The service at this location was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Such a step above all the other Mail Centers. And they sell lottery tickets here, so I will no longer stand in the line at Publix.

This place is unbelievably above and beyond. I have never seen such awesome customer service, especially now, when customer service is not too great!
Yogi, the owner has been so kind and helpful, he even gave me a candy bar from England because I said I was hungry!!

I’ve been a client of Grand Oaks Mail Center since it’s inception back in the early 2000’s. Close to home in Dr. Phillips and the most honest and friendly pack and ship store in the area. The proprietors, Yogi then George and now back to Yogi, have always been extremely accommodating, professional, priced right and reliable. Always greeted with a smile and they remember their clients by name...they treat you as a valued customer and it shows in everything they do. The store has a lot of other services and not just packing materials. There are great greeting cards...much better priced than other stores, faxing, copying, notary, lottery tickets plus a host of other unique services you don’t get from other pack and ship chains. Dr. Phillips is such a great community and Grand Oaks Mail Center is one of the best!

Best customer service ever!!! There are places closer to my house that I could go, but I come here because Yogi and his kids are SO nice and always have me laughing and smiling the whole time they help me ship my stuff out. I won't go anywhere else.

I LOVE this place. USPS, FedEx and UPS all in one place, and with a personal touch. The owner is just such a kind and upright human being, I appreciate being able to give him, and his local business, MY business. (Think Local, Live Local, Shop Local!) I have a bad back and every time I come in he helps me with moving things to and from my car without me ever asking. (Although, I have a feeling he would offer even if I was strong like superman).

You DO receive receipts when dropping off FedEx and UPS packages. They are so professional (but affordable) that I have begun sending and receiving ALL my mail and packages there. I always feel like they will be well taken care of.

IN ADDITION, you can get KEYS, TROPHIES, STAMPS, GREETING CARDS, NOTARY, reasonably priced and varied sized BOXES (even when Walmart is out) and so many other things that you never remember you need to get or do, but would be a huge hassle to have to go through Big Box companies or online vendors who might be halfway around the world.

(Tried to get a key made at Home Depot recently? Does anyone work there that isn't on a fork lift?) Anyway, I can't recommend them enough! Thank you!

This grand oaks mail center is very helpful to their customers. they promptly helped me with my needs. i love the interior designing of the store and the quick service provided by the representative. very relaxed environment and great for all you shipping needs. i highly recommend this place and would go there often
