Guillermo was awesome! He took his time in getting our four lines and new phones set up and making sure that every app we needed was download and logged on correctly. Definitely went above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced at any other phone dealer! Tim also jumped in to help, he was great as well! Both of them really took their time to make sure everything was done right and that we knew how to navigate our new devices! Highly recommend!

This store overall was probably the best tmobile store experience i have ever had. Guillermo was so extremely helpful, upfront, honest, and friendly. I wasn't 100% sure if i wanted to upgrade when i went in but he, as well as Tim, helped me through all of it and I'm so glad that i upgraded! I got such a good deal and he explained everything super well. He was fun to talk to and overall very helpful and accommodating. His energy lifted the atmosphere of the store tremendously

They got us every promo and perk that was possible as new customers❣❣ The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxed. There was no pressure whatsoever. The guys are extremely knowledgeable. We switched from AT&T and we couldn't be happier❣❣

I am an upper manager for a locally owned Retail Business. We recently had massive storms hit the area and knocked out our internet for majority of the week. Seeking a solution to keep us up and running, I connected with Rico at T-Mobile who set me up with a Cellular Hot Spot and had us up and running our entire store within an hour of me stepping foot in his location. During this time, the store was very busy and Rico remained professional with everyone making a pleasant experience. Since this event, I have now worked with Rico and their business team to set up 3 additional locations with this backup option. I recommend Rico and this T-Mobile location for your home and business needs.

This place is loud with pink!!!!! Don't get it twisted though good people work there and they are a good phone company. So stop reading this and go to the land of pink and get you a phone or anything else they have to offer. Please don't tell them I wrote this!!!!! They might cancel my service 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
