We Fix It Phone Repair in Shrewsbury, PA is amazing! They removed a stuck SIM card out of my cell phone. They were so helpful and understanding. They truly went above and beyond. The customer service is top notch. They are honest and up front about their services, pricing, and expectations about the job at hand. I could not have asked for a better experience. I just had my phone repaired at the shrewsbury location and the customer experience was great. I dealt with Lenny, and he walked me through the entire process of repairing my iPhone 7s plus, which for what I do, my phone is very important to me. No information was lost on my phone, he was very friendly, and always informed me of updates when fixing my phone.

With reasonable prices, great customer service, and people who actually CARE and KNOW what they are doing. This is a fine place to repair your phone! Highly recommend.

The gentleman who help me fix my port on my Samsung was outstanding. Didn't know that dirt could get packed that much in a small space. He took care of it in 10 minutes and l was out the door. Great coustermer service.

Have to update my review. While they did repair my screen, I later found out from the team there that they use 3rd party glass to do so, and this is what caused my pressure sensor to stop working in my phone.
