Tanner was super helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me and my husband out with two different issues. He was also very patient on a 45-minute phone call with customer service.

He was the only one working and managed to give every customer who walked in the door a pleasant experience. It was a busy afternoon. I was very impressed and thankful he was the employee working today. Thanks Tanner!

Jonathan (I think he went by Tanner maybe?) was super helpful! Super patient and made sure I was taken care of with exactly what I needed for my phone and took time to set it up for me perfectly….in a day where customer service is often lacking, this associate is a great reminder why I prefer to pay possibly a “little more” (if ag all) at times (vs buying online) but will willingly do so when the worker is kind and proficient at their job. I went to the verizon store of shrewsbury, Alexandra was the only one in the store working, she kicked butt and had great customer service and knew her stuff!! She helped us with every question we had! So much better experience having her there.

Never had a bad experience here! Went in to have my new iPhone screen tested with liquid glass and was in and out quickly! I know several of the salespeople from previous visits and always feel comfortable and important.

Came in with a SIM issue. Matt got right to it, fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Brian was exceptional. He handled everything was excellent manner and I have been to this store multiple times, and he gave me the best and easiest, quick experience ever. He made everything simple and understanding and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have taken care of this for me.

The experience I had at this Verizon store was incredible. The minute I walked through I was greeted with a pleasant staff. Susanna got me started and was knowledgeable and kind. Brian, I believe to be the store manager, took over when he was finished with another customer. Brian, went over and above a typical sales person would do. He took his time and knowledge to help me. He explained things to me if I didn’t understand and was professional and kind when doing so. This will be my “go to” store when needs arise. A++++++++

Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was taken care of by Brian who was very professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything because Brian explained everything to help me decide what I needed and wanted.. I would highly recommend him to anyone. My experience was great.

A few days ago I worked with Brian to get my phone off my current plan and transfer it to a new plan and I also upgraded. Although it was a very long process, he was kind and helpful the entire time and was patient when I had a lot of questions. He did everything he could to be thorough and provide me with all the information I needed since this was the first phone plan I was getting on my own. Brian is great at what he does and provided nothing but excellent customer service. I will be going back to the Shrewsbury Verizon in the future.

Brian was our sales representative. Brian did a wonderful job getting us available discounts and trade-ins. Brian was friendly and professional. We were thrilled with the end totals on 2 new 21 Samsung phones.
The only downer was we got 2 great new phones with double the storage, a great camera but No chargers. All you get is the wire? You have to buy the charging end separately???!!!!

Today we had the pleasure in working with Brian. He was very respectful and used humor o help ease through what normally is a long annoying process. He was very knowledgeable and helped educate us on new phones, process of switching carriers and even helped us get the best discounts offered. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also after each customer that entered the store he would wipe down the area to make sure the next customer was safe and healthy.

Matthew N. at the Shrewsbury Verizon store was very helpful. He’s knowledgeable and caring and looks to give you the best value in your purchase. He looks to see where you can save money based on your usage so that your money is well spent! I respect him for that and truly appreciate it! He was very focused on social distancing and safety for the customers, while remaining accommodating to the needs of the customers. Excellent experience!

Brian was so kind and patient. He talked to my dad over the phone, and walked him through an authorization process, and was upbeat the entire time. I watched him kindly inform another customer of the capacity limit and explain the check in system, and he was friendly the entire time. Definitely made the whole process of getting a new phone seamless. Thank you!

The employees, especially Anthony, were professional, courteous, patient, and had genial personalities. Their assistance was much appreciated, especially with my limited technological literacy, with making a seamless transition to switch carriers, purchase a new phone, and install so it was ready to use after walking out the door. After listening to personal interests, they provided several phone options with detailed descriptions to promote an autonomous, informed decision. Overall, had a pleasurable experience and will most certainly return as needed.
