The team at mount pleasant countryside are best group of people I’ve ever encountered. Isaiah had a great personality. Dylan made me laugh a lot. Missy is one of the best store managers I’ve encountered in this retail store. Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable. David told us all about the home internet and we ended up getting it from Dan. All in all I recommend this store to all my friends and family. Make the drive for an unforgettable experience. Thank you guys for making my time in the store an unforgettable one.

This is hands down the best store I have been to for a long time I stopped coming here when sprint was here due to never feeling like a priority. But Missy and team always make me feel like a part of the magenta family and I am forever grateful for you guys. You always know how to fix my problem and I will never go anywhere else Thanks Again.

I have went in to pay my phone bill there a couple times and everyone is nice and helpful. Everyone gets involved and makes you feel important when you are in front of them which is nice

I have been a tmobile customer for a year and I can't express enough on how much I love the employees at the Mount pleasant location. I would drive out my way to go to their store because of how they treat their customers. The staff are absolutely amazing and very caring. Missy has done a great job with her employees. Please do not change it.

A+a++++±++ mt pleasant t mobile I had no service at my home in champion pennsylvania. Went to T-Mobile I have four bars all the time works great for me in my situation. I hated to leave Verizon after 9 years but they can't provide service in my area. It was a pleasurable store experience as they explained everything to the best of their knowledge. The transaction was smooth and easy looking forward to dealing with those guys in the future. A+ a+ a+ a+

We switched to TMobile from Cricket. We had the privilege of having Isaiah help us. He was very knowledgeable and kind during the whole transaction. He even stayed 2 hours after closing to help us transfer everything over! We had a great experience and would highly recommend Isaiah if you want to switch over to TMobile! Thanks, Isaiah!

I would drive a hour just to deal with them rather then going to a nearby store.

Very pleased with my recent visit to the T-mobile in mount pleasant. We dealt with Gabby, Missy, and Isaiah and they really went above and beyond to make us feel as though we was the most important customer. Glad to have joined the T-mobile network.

I went to TMobile to get my new iPhone and had an absolutely wonderful time. The girl working down there Shyanne was extremely helpful. She helped me decide which phone would be best for what I wanted and kept it under a reasonable price tag. I 100% recommend this TMobile store. Very friendly staff made me feel welcomed

My husband and I just got new service from Verizon to T-Mobile we also got T-Mobile home internet we're very satisfied with our phones with our internet and with the service of the Mount Pleasant Pennsylvania store. David and Rachel we're very helpful met all of our needs David helped us set up phones we weren't sure what we were doing. The manager of the store Dylan came out several times spoke with us made sure that everything we needed was being taken care of I would recommend anyone to go to any TMobile store make the switch it's worth it.

Awesome service, manager there was able to switch us from Verizon plus I added my parents for nothing and received a free extra back up phone. Go see Cynthia, she's great

Cynthia was able to transfers all my contacts and pics from my old iPhone. Never could back up my other iphone but with my insurance I found out I get unlimited back up storage space.
